Donna Weber is a certified life coach, including Bob Goff’s Dream Big coaching certification and an Enneagram Practitioner and Coach certification (pending completion).
Donna believes that our stories and how we live into them have a shaping influence on who we are, how we show up, how we move forward, and what we bring to others and the world. Her own journey includes raising a neuroatypical daughter and living the long grief of Alzheimer’s with both of her parents. She became a coach because she loves relationships centered around conversation and self-discovery—exploring big questions, sharing difficulties, finding courage, and celebrating each step. Most of all, Donna is a seeker, a learner, and an encourager. She intends to keep doing all three until her last breath.
Donna answers “Yes” to the question “Mountains OR Ocean?” but Texas is where she lives and dances with her husband Tim. Team Weber also includes two interesting, fun, good-hearted young adults.

Details of this retreat
Price includes lodging, programming, fitness/yoga classes, contrast therapy and meals. Extra experiences (like massage or 1:1 coaching) can be added on separately after you register.
Everything on the schedule is optional. We want you to get what you need out of this weekend.
Check-in is Friday between 2:00-4:00pm. The first session is 4:30pm on Friday. We wrap up on Sunday around 10:30am, but we are about an hour outside San Diego and recommend planning some buffer time for travel and lunch so you're not rushed leaving. We also have an early-check in option if you'd like to add an extra day and come on Thursday. Then you would have 3 nights and 2 full days of full access to the property amenities, classes, and pre-retreat programming. You'll see that add-on as an option when you register.
Join us for WIRED: An exploration into your unique design, a retreat dedicated to uncovering the intricacies of what makes you uniquely you. Over three days, we'll dive into your personal history, personality, and strengths to gain a clearer understanding of how you show up in work, life, and relationships. By the end of the retreat, you'll have a deeper sense of self-awareness, an understanding of your unique wiring, and tools to help you lead and love more effectively.
Pre-Retreat Workshop: Laying the Foundation
Before we dive into the deeper work, we'll start by setting the stage for our journey together. This session is about preparing to explore who we are and what shapes our behavior. We'll discuss the importance of self-awareness and how understanding our wiring impacts every area of our lives, from work to personal relationships. This workshop is designed to get you thinking about the ways your history, personality, and strengths come together to form the unique person you are today.
Optional Workshops
1. Mapping Your Story: Understanding Your Timeline
Our past shapes who we are today. In this workshop, we'll create a timeline of your life’s significant events, relationships, and experiences that have influenced your identity. By reflecting on your personal history, you'll gain insight into the patterns that have developed over time and how they've impacted your behavior, decisions, and relationships. This exercise helps us understand the forces that have shaped us and how they continue to influence our lives.
2. The Enneagram: Exploring Personality
Already familiar with the Enneagram but want to go deeper? In this session, we’ll explore how your type truly shapes your thoughts, behaviors, and interactions. For those unsure of their type, we'll help you identify it and understand its impact on your daily life. You'll gain insights into how your type influences decision-making and relationships, using this knowledge to navigate challenges, enhance strengths, and approach others with more empathy. This is about leveraging the Enneagram for meaningful growth and connection.
3. Working Genius: Identifying Your Strengths
We all have areas where we naturally excel and others where we struggle. The Working Genius framework helps you identify your innate talents and areas where you can make the most significant impact. This workshop will guide you through discovering your strengths and how they show up in your work and personal life. Understanding your working genius not only helps you operate more effectively but also brings clarity to how you can contribute best in your relationships and teams.
4. Putting It All Together: Synthesis and Application
In this final workshop, we’ll synthesize everything we’ve explored—the timeline of your life, your Enneagram type, and your working genius. This session focuses on how these insights come together to shape how you love, lead, and show up in the world. We'll discuss practical ways to use this newfound self-awareness for personal growth, better relationships, and more effective leadership. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of who you are and a plan for how to develop in areas that matter most to you.
Why This Is Important
Understanding who we are at a deeper level has a profound impact on every aspect of our lives. When we’re aware of what has shaped us, our natural strengths, and how we’re wired to interact with the world, we can navigate our work, relationships, and personal growth with greater clarity and purpose. This retreat is an opportunity to explore these aspects of yourself in a supportive environment, providing the tools and insights to live and lead more authentically.
Who This Retreat Is For
This retreat is for anyone ready to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and how they interact with the world. It's ideal for those who want to explore their personal history, personality traits, and strengths to gain clarity on how they show up in their work, relationships, and daily life.
