General Sessions are life planning retreats designed for those of us moving fast but wondering if we’re moving in the right direction. Most of us are responsible and capable, yet we rarely find the stillness and space required to ask if our current pace actually honors our deepest values. Without a true pause, we continue making choices under the same old pressures.
These retreats offer that necessary breath. By stepping into nature and joining a supportive community, you create the conditions for clear thinking. This isn’t about a total overhaul or self-criticism; it’s about gaining enough perspective to make realistic, meaningful adjustments. Because living a life that feels "alive" doesn't just benefit you, it impacts everyone you love and lead.
The Weekend Journey
Four optional, guided sessions to move you from autopilot to intention.
01. Arrival: What is here for me to explore?
The retreat begins by breaking the "velocity" of your daily life. Before we look for answers, we simply practice noticing. This session is about setting aside distractions and identifying what is asking for your attention in this specific season.
The Goal: To transition from "doing" to "being" and take an honest inventory of your current state.
02. Influence: What is getting in the way?
Clarity requires an honest look at the forces shaping your days. We examine your current patterns, habits, and pressures, not to judge them, but to understand them. By identifying what is driving your pace, you regain the agency to change it.
The Goal: To uncover the hidden barriers and "autopilot" behaviors that lead to misalignment.
03. Perspective: What needs a new lens?
Distance is a powerful tool. By stepping away from your routine, you can begin to question long-held assumptions and view "stuck" situations from a new vantage point. This session widens your lens to reveal possibilities that aren't visible in the heat of the daily grind.
The Goal: To shift your mindset and find creative solutions for areas where you feel stagnant.
04. Direction: What is my next invitation?
The weekend concludes with a focus on integration. Instead of a vague "to-do" list, you will identify simple, realistic next steps that actually fit into your real life. You’ll leave with a clear sense of what matters most and where to focus your energy next.
The Goal: To translate retreat insights into a practical, sustainable plan for your return home.
Come Once, or Build a Rhythm
