Give yourself the opportunity to reconnect with your body and soul in our little paradise. This retreat will be a holistic journey designed for you to strengthen the connection between body, mind and soul, You can take up to three yoga classes per day, we offer different styles of yoga; If you feel like relaxing and stretching you can take a restorative yin, yin, or hatha, but if you are feeling more dynamic we also offer ashtanga, power yoga and even acro yoga on fridays ! Our shala overlooks the ocean, perfect for connecting with yourself.

You will also get super active in the water with the surf lessons guided by Misael, a professional native Oaxacan surfer, he’s been teaching for more than ten years and he will take you to the best beach for your surfing level, don’t worry if you never surfed before, he is nice, funny and attentive to your needs.  

During this retreat you will participate in two workshops or ceremonies, could be a Cacao Ceremony, temazcal, ràpe, breathwork, soundhealing or other. The kind of ceremony will depend on the availability of our facilitators at the moment, we will let you know some weeks before the retreat. 

Barbarenas is an eco-sustainable place that feels like a hidden oasis, its warmth and love of mother nature will embrace you through this time of self enrichment, yoga, surfing and healthy nutritious vegan food. 

Keep in mind that for this little paradise you will need bug spray as well as cash (we are still a little beautiful town with few ATMS around ) . Also we are expanding, so during your stay you may hear some construction noise but it shouldn’t interfere with your tranquility.
