Creative Expression & Mindfulness: Engage in more artistic activities that focus on being creative for yourself, allowing your emotions to unfold naturally.
Massage: Unwind with a soothing Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage, designed to release physical tension and support emotional healing.
Dinner: Enjoy a cozy, home-cooked dinner that nurtures your body and soul.
