About this Retreat

Details of this retreat

Experience the healing power of Flow & Restore yoga and Sculpt & Strengthen Pilates sessions, expertly led by two of Toronto’s most sought-after instructors, Patricia Dominski and Carla Interior.
Yoga is more than a practice—it’s a transformation. It stretches and lengthens your body, calms the mind, and enhances balance, leaving you grounded and rejuvenated. Paired with Pilates, you’ll sculpt your muscles, strengthen your core, and improve your posture, empowering you with the confidence and grace to move through life. Together, yoga and Pilates create a powerful mind-body connection, helping you feel balanced, strong, and energized from the inside out.
What makes Carla & Patricia truly special is their wealth of experience, creativity, and genuine passion for teaching. They are dedicated to ensuring every participant feels supported, challenged, and empowered. With Patricia’s calming and nurturing approach to yoga and Carla’s dynamic Pilates expertise, this retreat offers a well-rounded and enriching wellness journey.
Take your experience to the next level with a cold plunge in the pristine waters of Maple Lake. Combining the therapeutic power of indoor movement with the invigorating outdoor cold therapy, this winter wellness retreat offers a one-of-a-kind rejuvenating experience. As we cut through the ice mid-winter, the cold plunge intensifies the benefits—stimulating blood flow, reducing inflammation, and releasing mood-boosting endorphins—leaving you feeling refreshed, revitalized, and empowered.
Stays are based on a two-night minimum and the all-inclusive rates begin at $750 CDN per night, solo and $1250 CDN per night, duo.
