About this Retreat
Mama Angie is a Quantum Multidimensional Healer and Spiritual Mentor who blends quantum physics, energy healing, and shamanic traditions to facilitate deep transformation.
Drawing from her Colombian heritage and studies in the South American Amazon, she uses sacred plant medicines like mushrooms and Kambo, combined with Reiki, and alchemical principles to promote healing and spiritual growth.
With over 25 years of experience, Angie creates safe, sacred spaces for self-discovery and evolution, sharing her elder wisdom and holistic teachings through retreats, workshops, and mentorship programs. Her work embodies a profound connection to nature, spirit, and the cosmos.
Dane Osorio is a healing artist, holistic practitioner, facilitator, and curator of conscious community. Dane works with and supports men, women and children on their journeys of Spiritual Awakening, Healing and optimizing their health at a mind, body and soul level.
With a high level of intention, experience and resources, Dane creates, curates, holds sacred space via unique 1:1 sessions, group classes, workshops, retreats, and programs in Canada and Internationally. He holds and navigates these spaces for self discovery, healing, transformation by teaching and assisting in integrating holistic tools and practice to help people attain optimal health and wellbeing.
After his awakening almost 15 years ago, Dane has been actively committed to his own personal growth, healing and expansion of consciousness. With the guidance of spiritual teachers, shamans, ancestral healers in his lineage & continuous studies, Dane has learned and integrated many practices to achieve a higher level of connection, wisdom and consciousness in his own journey.
Dane has answered the calling to create safe and sacred spaces for others to tap into their own inner wisdom, inner healer and reconnect to their higher self. Dane guides and supports people to live a life that is more connected, aligned, optimal, abundant and fulfilling.

Kelsey is a passionate wellness facilitator who started her career as a gut health coach helping clients navigate digestive issues through physical movement and nutrition. As she began to do her own deep healing work and entered her dark night of the soul Kelsey realized her passion was in trauma healing. Using plant medicines, psychedelics, and alternative energy healing to clear clients.
Kelsey is a trained somatic breath work facilitator, trauma informed spiritual life coach, energy healer, ceremony space holder and retreat leader.
Today, she dedicates her practice to the power of the breath and the wisdom that the body has the ability to heal itself, by itself. Her personal journey started when she embarked on her own healing journey recovering from drug addiction and alcoholism; using various different plant medicines like Ayahuasca, Ibogaine, Psilocybin, Bufo, Kambo, and San Pedro. Now, she is an enthusiastic advocate for the medicines and alternative ways of healing. She assists in monthly ceremonies, retreat and events with her partner Dane Duvan.
When working with Kelsey 1:1 she helps clients over come birth and childhood related traumas through various different techniques. When in a retreat setting Kelsey holds space by guiding her participants through authentically curated Breathwork experiences + somatic movement + somatic meditations.

Directions
Fly into San Jose. You can take a jumper flight from San Jose to Quepos and we will get a private driver to pick you up there. Or, we can get our private driver to pick you up from San Jose. The drive from San Jose Airport is 4 hours. From Quepos, it is 1.5 hours.
