Arrival day
Check-in is from 12:00 PM. We pick you up at no cost from Palenque airport (PQM), Villahermosa airport (VSA), the ADO bus station, or the Tren Maya station just send your arrival details in advance.
Your first afternoon is deliberately empty. Sleep, walk the property, sit by the pool, do nothing. The jungle will start working on you before we do.
That evening we sit down together. Not a formal orientation a real conversation. What brought you here, what your body is carrying, what you want to be true by the time you leave. That conversation is where the week gets built. No template, no fixed program waiting to be executed. Just what you actually need.
A typical day
Days start early around 6:00 or 6:30 AM because the rainforest does, and because the mornings are the most alive hours here. The first session is always breathwork: the foundational practice that everything else in the week builds on.
From there the morning might move into an ice bath, a jungle trail, movement, or simply breakfast and open time. Every day looks different, because every day you're different.
Afternoons are yours by default. The excursions waterfalls, jungle trails, the ruins happen when your energy and the week call for them, not on a fixed schedule. Temazcal is typically mid-week or toward the end, when you have enough breathwork practice to use it properly.
Meals are together. Breakfast after the morning session, lunch around 1:30 or 2:00 PM, dinner in the early evening. The table is where the integration often continues without anyone planning it.
Evenings are quiet: breathwork, journaling, meditation, or nothing at all. Early sleep is part of the protocol here, not optional.
Nothing is mandatory
There is no attendance sheet. If your body needs a full day horizontal after the temazcal, that's not falling behind that's frequently the most important day of the week. You can skip any session, any morning, without explanation.
The week has no days off in the traditional sense because the rhythm adapts continuously. Most guests find they want more by the second half, once they've actually rested enough to feel what's possible.
Departure day
The final morning includes a closing breathwork session a deliberate bookend to how the week opened. Breakfast together, then time to integrate before you go.
Check-out is at 12:00 PM. Your return transfer to the airport, bus station, or train station is included. If you're continuing your trip through Mexico, we'll help you plan the next leg before you leave.
And then 90 days of remote coaching begin the protocol you built this week, written down and ready to travel with you.
