Details of this retreat

This private 5-day jungle retreat is designed as a complete reset for your body, energy, and nervous system.
Hosted in a boutique jungle wellness village, the environment supports deep rest, focus, and recovery—away from crowds and distractions.

The experience balances intelligent fitness training, recovery protocols, and immersive cultural exploration.

Functional training, mobility, massage, temazcal, ice baths, breathwork, meditation, nourishing meals, and guided jungle and archaeological excursions are thoughtfully integrated to support long-term energy and vitality.

Palenque is located in southern Mexico, in the state of Chiapas, surrounded by lush tropical jungle, rivers, waterfalls, and ancient Mayan ruins.

Palenque is an ideal stop between destinations, especially for travelers moving between San Cristóbal de las Casas, the Yucatán Peninsula, or concluding a longer journey through Mexico before returning home.

The town has a calm, authentic atmosphere where locals, travelers, and expats coexist, offering a slower pace compared to Mexico’s beach destinations. There are no large resorts or party scenes—just nature, culture, and space to breathe.

•Explore the Palenque Mayan archaeological site (UNESCO World Heritage)
•Visit nearby waterfalls such as Misol-Ha, Roberto Barrios, and Agua Azul
•Walk through jungle trails and nature reserves
•Discover local markets, cafés, and regional cuisine
•Use Palenque as a restorative stop between destinations

Palenque is accessible by regional airport, bus, or road, making it an easy and rewarding stop within a longer journey through southern Mexico.

Its combination of jungle environment, cultural depth, and tranquility makes Palenque an ideal location for solo travelers looking to pause, reset, and reconnect before continuing their travels.
