About this Retreat
Elena Lungeanu dedicated herself to the neuroplasticity of changing patterns and behaviour, but also to the unspoken wisdom of ancestral plant remedies of indigenous cultures.
She’s a qualified wellness and transformational coach, combining her empathy and personal experiences with her professional knowledge. During her integrative sessions she combines coaching with arts therapy, shadow work, NLP, hypnosis meditations, reiki and karuna ki and ecstatic dance, in order to get to the core of someone’s needs and desires and help them shift towards an authentic lifestyle.
Elena changed the course of her life many times and she has experience of working with people from many cultures. She is co-founder of Medisinem, facilitating integrative retreats in Europe, Asia and South America for everyone who wants to connect with their own divine potential. She is also leading her signature retreats for ladies only, entitled ‘All feminine’, for the healing and unification of the feminine and masculine energies from within.

I’m a woman just like yourself. Looking to get to know myself more and more, to accomplish my purpose, to share my message and reason
of joy, towards a collective frequency of self-love and abundance.
I created this concept of “All feminine” retreat with the acknowledgement that all women, united in spirit and in bodies, can support each other and expand into the same direction. That which includes the recognition of the woman and firstly, by herself. There’s a tremendous energy of healing and transformation when women are aligned with themselves and with nature. I believe all women, in their authentic essence, can be healers.
Nour is a hypnotherapist, breathwork facilitator, a channeler and an artist. She loves diving deeply into the mystery of life and guiding others to fall in love with themselves through the human experience. She is passionate about working with the heart and revealing the center of desire and magnetism - all the while supporting a bigger intelligence to safely lead the way for her clients transformations. Holding space is an art that she has allowed to fully penetrate her and exercise.
Her love and rememberance of the mystical was discovered and sacredly nurtured in the jungles of Bali, where she received most of her education from esteemed teachers and mentors in the field of healing and manifestation.

Ayahuasca, full moon, healing, transformation, compassion, creation... ALL FEMININE. A celebration of what we truly are.
This retreat is dedicated to ladies only and all the aspects, conditions or beliefs associated with womanhood. Inspired from the tribes where women used to gather each full moon in order to replenish their energies and prepare for a new cycle, in this retreat, each woman is invited to re-create and balance her relationships with herself, with her femininity and with what we perceive as masculine or the other. Because of various traumas associated with the opposite gender and of the perception which we have created from a place of conflict or rejection, we also deny our own feminine potential. The aim of this retreat is that every woman dares to see herself as she is: a divine soul in a woman's body. We will co-create a healing space for claiming our birth-given abilities and for embracing our human nature. We will connect with that which is soft but not weak, femenine but also masculine, from within - outword.
With the support of mother Ayahuasca, we can see beyond the veil of our own eyes and begin to consciously create our lives.
Every woman’s cycle of menstruation is a mirroring of the nature’s 4 seasons, in a month. When we respect these cycles, we can get in touch with our femininity as a complete cycle. From now on, we can choose to respect our nature and claim our needs and desires, accordingly. We will connect with our ancestral knowledge and create our own ritual for receiving and manifesting, through our intrinsic power of creation. When we align with the same energy and intention, we collectively empower each other through belief, to create new ways to expand, to heal and become.
Feminine energy is about being and becoming, creativity and creation, acceptance, healing, love, nurturing, compassion. Being feminine is our nature, it is what we are… and more.
With the help of Ayahuasca and other ancestral remedies, but also integrative coaching, hypnosis meditation, energy healing, art therapy, kundalini dance and other therapeutic activities, we can connect with all our birth given abilities for reconciliation with the past, liberation from old patterns and self love.
At the base of creation itself, duality doesn’t exist. Beyond the illusion of separation, there is no polarity and no distance between us. The differences between you and I, her and him, dissolve into unity and recognition not only of each other’s differences, but on honoring the other as part of oneself. A gathering of women only does not mean the exclusion of men, but reconciliation, expansion and awakening, in order to transform our relationships with ourselves and the others.
When we're embracing our life force, we can notice that we're one with all that is: one with the infinite source of oneness, in which each one of us is creating the collective consciousness.
