Details of this retreat

Online Retreat
The ancient Bön tradition teaches that our true nature is already complete, expressing itself through five manifestations or qualities of  wisdom. When obscured by habitual patterns and emotional reactions, these same energies manifest as confusion and suffering. By learning to recognize and work skillfully with them, we can transform everyday challenges into opportunities for greater awareness, compassion, and inner freedom.

In this special online retreat, Menri Shedrup Khenpo Nyima Rinpoche will teach on the Five Wisdoms, with particular emphasis on their relationship to the Five Elements. Through these profound teachings, participants will explore how the elements of space, air, fire, water, and earth are intimately connected with the qualities of the awakened mind and how balancing these energies supports physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual well-being.

Menri Khen Rinpoche teaches in a practical and accessible way, yet also with deep warmth and humor. Join us as he teaches how an understanding of the Five Wisdoms can help us respond to life's challenges with greater clarity, stability, openness, and compassion. Whether you are new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, this online retreat offers timeless guidance for integrating meditation and wisdom into everyday life.

Open to all. No previous experience with meditation is required.
