Details of this retreat

The 7 Day Lions Gate Retreat is created for those who feel an inner fire and a call to remember who they are beneath responsibility, momentum, and noise.

Held during the potent 8/8 Lions Gate portal, this journey unfolds between the ancient stones of Giza and the quiet desert depth of Siwa Oasis. These lands offer a powerful setting for reflection, nervous system regulation, and reconnection with vision, strength, and inner clarity.

Across seven days, the retreat weaves sunrise meditations at the pyramids, breathwork, yoga, elemental workshops, desert walks, salt lake immersion, cacao, kava, ecstatic dance, and ceremonial integration. Each experience is paced to support grounding, insight, and embodied presence rather than overwhelm.

This is a space to slow down, listen deeply, and realign with what truly matters, supported by sacred land, intentional practice, and a small, committed group walking this path together.

Changed my life
This was the first retreat I have ever attended (never the less alone), I definitely dove way out of my comfort zone. However when I arrived, I instantly formed deep connections with all who were attending along with the gracious hosts’ Frankie, Frank & David. It was a blessing to feel so comfortable and right at home. Their incredibly meaningful program continued to surprise me with love and true growth each and everyday! I can honestly say, I came out a better woman from this experience. I feel so much gratitude to have not only connected with these amazing healers & attendees but to furthermore bond on a deeper level and form the most beautiful soul tribe! The work is not always easy to heal from but this initial step & program can do wonders for your mind, body & soul. I left this retreat filling my heart with immense love & acceptance while shedding so much weight off my shoulders. I view the world & my struggles differently and I Have Franky, David & Frank to thank for that! They really do take care of you in all the ways possible. The food by Woody was absolutely insanely yummy and nourishing as well! Do not gratitude to go, you will not regret it!
