I recently returned from a two session visit to esencia plant medicine and therapy.
It was hosted by partners Wouter and Aleese ,two profession psychologists.They are a warm ,friendly ,kind,caring and compassionate couple who immediately put me at ease.
The sessions took place in their beautiful home in a stunning location in the mountains outside Alicante,Spain.The session room is very comfortable and relaxing.everything is provided for your comfort and convenience.At all times during my visit I felt safe,well supported and in very good professional hands..Everything was explained to me beforehand and there was plenty of time after the session to comfortably talk through my insights and experiences with my hosts.
Food and drink was also provided after the session.
The level of communication between us from my Initial enquiry ,during my 4 day stay and then on my return home was excellent giving me confidence and reassurance that everything was taken care of and I could simply relax and enjoy my experiences.
Without hesitation I would return myself,and would recommend Wouter and Aleese at Esencia to anyone seeking a psychedelic experience.

This was my first psilocybin experience and even though I was incredibly nervous and scared, I felt very safe in the hands of Wouter and Aleece. They both were very patient and caring taking the time to answer my questions. The setting was incredibly peaceful for me both during and after my journey. Being picked up and welcomed to their beautiful home with stunning views over sunkissed, misty mountains. Here I was greeted by cats, dogs, and two very professional guides.

The setting was so perfect for a smooth and positive experience. Everything about this meeting and session was so loving and caring. I would recommend anyone who feels the calling for this type of session, to visit these two professional psychologists at this retreat.
