Kranti Yoga is please to offer a weekly Yoga Intensive Course directly on Patnem Beach.  This course is suitable for students of all levels and the course is designed so that you can learn about yoga whilst enjoying the comforts of a beach holiday.  The course will be adapted to suit your ability and prior knowledge of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.  It is ideal for those who would like to develop or deepen a daily yoga practice without the responsibility of becoming a teacher.

The course will provide you with the fundamentals of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga: breath, bandhas, vinyasa and drishtis.  Alignment Classes will run alongside Led Ashtanga Yoga Classes for you to gain familiarity with The Primary Series.  Technical workshops will take place in the afternoon for you to focus on key areas such as hip opening, backbending and transition techniques.

This course would also be ideal for those of you who would like to develop a practice prior to yoga teacher training.  It provides an insight into what Ashtanga Yoga is and allows you to start developing an Ashtanga Yoga pratice if you haven't been practicing Ashtanga Yoga previously.  The course gives you a taste of what to expect on your YTTC and can be considered as a Pre Teacher Training.

Technical Workshops will take place in the afternoon for you to focus on key areas such as Backbending and Jump Back techniques.

Primary Series Alignment Class (daily)
morning pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation
asana (posture) practice
afternoon Asthanga Vinyasa Class
weekly Pranayama Theory Class
techical workshops
evening activies including full moon meditation, candlelight meditation and yoga movies
accommodation at The Yoga Village
breakfast, lunch and dinner from our Indian kitchen
refreshments throughout the day
residents only sun loungers

Garden 4 - Person Share

Accommodation
The 4-share cottages are situated in the Sattva campus of Kranti Yoga and are a great option for students that are on a low budget but are still looking to experience a high-quality teacher training in Ashtanga Yoga. All dormitories come with two double-sized bunk beds and comfortable mattresses. Space to lock your valuables, mosquito nets and a fan as well as (shared) western style bathrooms make up some of the indoor features. Tucked away inbetween the lush greenery of the Sattva campus, our newly constructed tree house is a beautiful spot to find some quiet and unwind. It’s the perfect place to catch up on some homework and your readings or simply relax and enjoy your down time.

Garden 6- Person Share (Toilet Bathroom Outside)

The 6- Person share cottages are great option for students that are on a low budget but are still looking to experience a high-quality Yoga teacher training . All dormitories come with two double-sized bunk beds and comfortable mattresses. Space to lock your valuables, mosquito nets and a fan as well as (shared) western style bathrooms make up some of the indoor features. Tucked away inbetween the lush greenery of the Sattva campus, our newly constructed tree house is a beautiful spot to find some quiet and unwind. Garden Campus Single Cottage

The Garden Single cottages are situated in our Satva campus, which is part of the common area but still only a few steps away from beautiful Patnem beach. You can enjoy the garden views  from your private porch swaying in your hammock or kicking back in your swinging chair to catch up on your reading. All of our cottages are purpose built for your comfort and equipped with western style bathroom facilities, a double bed with a mosquito net and fan, lockable cupboards as well as a desk and chair for your study time.

Garden Campus Twin Share Cottage

Accommodation
Our garden twin share cottages are equipped with twin beds to give students the option to share accommodation whilst enjoying the same comfort and tranquillity offered by the single garden cottages.

Ocean Campus Single Cottage

The Ocean Campus Single cottages are situated in our Moksha campus, which is part of the Beachfront area and only a few steps away from beautiful Patnem beach. You can enjoy the daily ocean breeze from your private porch swaying in your hammock or kicking back in your swinging chair to catch up on your reading. All of our cottages are purpose built for your comfort and equipped with western style bathroom facilities, a double bed with a mosquito net and fan, lockable cupboards as well as a desk and chair for your study time.

Ocean Campus Twin Shared Cottage

These cottages offer the same comfort as the single ocean campus cottages but are equipped with twin beds allowing students to share accommodation. It is located few steps away from an Ocean.

Good stay in a lovely setting
I had a great week stay at Kranti. Beautiful setting and the healthy great food was a highlight.

The teaching was largely very good but a few inconsistencies. Their focus is more on the teacher training so at times the yoga holiday guests feel like an afterthought.

Overall a few improvements could be made to enhance the experience. For example my twin room was nice but the bathroom wasn't very clean. Also the yoga mats are only cleaned weekly and staff didn't acknowledge when I flagged that isn't often enough. They could easily fix this by asking guests to wipe mats after use. I'd suggest bringing your own mat!

I came to Kranti to do the 200YTT Ashtanga-Vinyasa and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences of my life.
Not only is the place dreamy and well-maintained, but the staff is super professional and friendly. Within a few days, I already felt like part of the family. The program is robust and taught with great professionalism. I want to highlight teachers Radhi, Amit, Sonaal, Ricardo, and Sean, although everyone here gives their best to teach and make you feel at home.

I really appreciate the safety; I tend to forget things, and I can say that in Kranti and the surrounding areas, you can leave any belongings and they'll stay in the same place for days, it's also a very safe environment for women, considering that many times we are afraid to come alone to India, best place to introduce yourself to Indian life.

The food is a owesome, breakfast being the best. There's a great variety of vegetarian and vegan options, and the kitchen staff prepares special dishes if there are any allergies or specific requests.

Thank you! I will return to Kranti whenever I come back to India.

Ich habe mein TTC bei Kranti absolviert und war sehr begeisterst! Die Lehrer waren alle sehr professionell, besonders Sean war der perfekte Lehrer!

Die Anlage ist sehr schön & liegt direkt am Strand! Das Essen ist einfach nur köstlich ♥️

Bzgl Organisation & Planung besteht Bedarf an Verbesserung! Teilweise erhielten wir die schedule spät am Abend und meist immer mit für ein paar Tage! Und die Assessment könnten auch zeitlich besser geplant werden!
