Veronica came to this work through medicine. She graduated in medicine and pharmacy in 2003, completed her residency in neurology in 2006, and practised as a neurologist for three and a half years in Chișinău, Moldova. Those years taught her to think clinically — to assess, to decide quickly, to stay calm in critical moments — while holding empathy alongside detached, logical judgment. Wanting to understand the psychological processes she saw in most of her patients, she completed a master's in clinical psychology in 2011. Her path continued through Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) training with Marisa Peer in London, qualifying as a clinical RTT hypnotherapist, followed by two years of coaching at Rise Academy, where she learned to work with subconscious patterns, parts, trauma, attachment, and emotional wounds. Today she practises as a hypnotherapist and holistic coach, integrating hypnotherapy, coaching, somatics, and mindfulness. After her own five-day plant medicine retreat in early 2025 — an experience that reshaped her sense of what this work can do — she felt drawn to hold space within a team, not only one to one. Above all, she creates a safe, non-judgmental space where people feel seen, heard, and held, and she keeps the posture of a perpetual student in her own ongoing self-inquiry.

Bianca brings over 20 years of experience in corporate consultancy into her work as a healer and transformational guide. After a successful career in IT and value engineering, she discovered that professional achievement alone could not resolve the depression, insomnia, and chronic pain she carried. This realization led her on a profound journey of healing and self-discovery. Her path began with plant medicine, where she experienced firsthand the shift from victimhood to self-empowerment. Combined with Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), coaching, and trauma-informed approaches, Bianca dismantled limiting beliefs and released long-held emotional patterns. Today, she blends this lived transformation with science-based practices to support others on their own journeys of healing and growth. Details of this retreat

Flexible Plant Medicine Retreat (5 days / 4 nights) – an English- and German-speaking, small-cohort (max. 8 guests) retreat designed for UK, DACH, and international guests who want a clear, structured container with a strong integration arc.

This is a Western-style, high-touch retreat that combines grounded daily practices (breathwork, meditation, daily circles, and creative/art integration) with optional plant medicines chosen intentionally based on your intention, readiness, and personal background. Minimum two ceremonies; most guests choose around three, and you can add additional ceremonies or take rest days for nervous system pacing and integration.

Preparation and safety are built in: you start with a 1:1 screening/intro call, then a group prep call and WhatsApp group to reduce “first-day nervous system shock” and create continuity before you arrive. During the retreat, the container includes an arrival orientation talk, daily sharing circles, and 1:1 intention setting/grounding before the first ceremony.

Integration continues after you leave: you receive a post-retreat group call, ongoing community continuity, and one 1:1 follow-up call (up to two months after the retreat). Support is strengthened through an AI-powered integration app (built on the BioPsyche Renewal Protocol) with 1–5 minute micro-practices, grounding tools, reflective prompts, and integration structure available before, during, and after—especially when real life hits immediately post-retreat.

Location and logistics: the retreat takes place in the Algarve, about 35 minutes from Faro Airport, with accommodation options including shared rooms, glamping/caravan, and limited single ensuite upgrades. The environment prioritizes privacy, calm, and discretion over “look-at-me” retreat culture.

We provide mainly vegetarian/vegan meals + snacks and fruit. The food is mostly plant based or vegetarian. We do offer eggs. We can accommodate a gluten free diet where necessary.

After booking a place on the 5 day Ayahuasca/ Psilocybin/ San Pedro Retreat I had a lovely phone call with Rosa to discuss my intentions and for Rosa to tell me more about how the retreat works and to answer any questions I had. When I arrived at the retreat centre I immediately felt welcome and very much at home. Everyone was so warm, kind, authentic and welcoming and also very knowledgable which gave me complete faith in the process. The ceremonies were beautiful and Kristina, Rosa, and Riccardo were always keeping a watchful eye and offering support for anyone who needed it and ensuring everyone felt safe. The meals were healthy and delicious, and the accommodation was homely and very comfortable. It was one of the most valuable and profound experiences of my life and what they are doing at Vine of the Soul is truly remarkable. I will absolutely be back again.

WOW - what an amazing experience

I was welcomed by a hug, something that has never happened to me. Rosa and Bianca, now my sister/mother/family, after just a few days, have touched my soul. The experience, I do not feel, would have been as magical without their help.

I was taken care of, experienced the ultimate gift of life, in a safe and comfortable setting. The people there were also brilliant but what truly makes this a warm, loving place are the care and attention given to you to make this as safe as possible. They went through thorough testing to ensure suitability and despite my various flaws, ensured I could optimise the days I was there.

I recently had the best day of my life and I can only thank them, and the Mother, for opening my eyes to see whats real. What is beautiful.

I’ve seen green and red whisps of strand across the air, light inside the soul, beating and providing bliss, peace and love. I’ve seen the ground move like snakes and the ceiling flow like water. At the same time coming to a realisation, listening to the women singing and beating drums, that the world is magic. They helped me understand what I needed to, I have come home a reformed person. I truly see what is infront of me and it wasn't just the vine of the soul that did this, it was the combination which ultimately lead to a lifechanging experience. I am currently looking for the next dates I can return. 2-3 days was perfect. Hot showers, comfortable beds, and beautiful background and animals really enhightened the experience.

Ladies, if you are reading this, than you for such an enriching and soul ignighting time. Words cannot express the gratitute, and love I have for you. The last night was the best night I have ever expereinced in my life. I finally saw, I finally understood, things I could never grasp my head around or feel in a decade.

Transformative, amazing…

How to put this into words…from the moment I arrived, I couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming and caring environment. (Alphabetically!) Axis, Bianca, Chiara, Kristina and Riccardo are some of the most genuinely amazing people you will ever meet, and also extremely knowledgeable about plant medicine. The setting is beautiful as well. You are truly in good hands and the initial integration call, 121 meeting prior to the first ceremony and “sharing circle” the day after are brilliant to put you at ease. Met some amazing people on similar journeys and feel extremely grateful for the experience. Not sure if the retreat has or will change me going forward, but I am already noticing a few changes in perception. A connection to my personal path was a big motivation for me coming in, and I think the amazing space holders and medicine have given me a platform. If you are in any doubts, I would take a leap…you won’t regret it. 100/10, would recommend :) R
