I've always been interested in psychology, since I was a child. That didn't keep me from stepping into my mothers' footprints and getting a depression in my adult life. I also struggled with insomnia, psychosomatic backpain and felt miserable overall. I was very successful professionally as an IT consultant. but still very unhappy. As most of us, I took the beliefs that were imprinted on me as a child and continued to reaffirm them in my adult life. Beliefs like I'm not (good) enough, I can't do that, you need to work hard to earn love and money etc. There was a lot self-sabotage and self-destructive behavior, like drinking, smoking and eating too much. My very first Ayahuasca journey catapulted me out of my victimhood, into the understanding that I am the creator of my life. It was a hard pill to swallow, but as somebody said "I took the ball, ran with it and never stopped again". I worked through my childhood trauma with psychedelics and Rapid Transformational Therapy and in a couple of months came to the point, where I had no attachments to the past anymore. When I started dismantling limiting believes, good things started flowing to me. Instead of working hard to make things happen, the right people and opportunities started showing up in my life. Now I use psychedelics, Rapid Transformational Therapy and coaching to free others from their victimhood. This wonderful team can help you open up the door to your own freedom and happiness! We show you the door, but you are the one who has to step through it.

Riccardo

Nurturing the soul and the body Riccardo, a sensitive and empathic soul from a young age, has been immersed in the world of psychedelics and plant medicine for the past decade. This transformative journey sparked his curiosity to work with these medicines and facilitate the evolution of others. His strength lies in creating safe and caring spaces, where individuals can heal with trust and no judgment . Riccardo is dedicated to guiding others on their healing journeys, drawing from his own profound experiences and commitment to personal growth. With his gentle and kind approach, Riccardo delights our guests not only with his loving and cheerfull presence. But he will also delight you with the food he cooks, made with love and a lot of skill. Riccardo speaks English, Italian, French, Spanish and Portuguese.

Helen

Holistic Mental Health Helen is a facilitator of medicine spaces and a ceremonial musician, with several years of experience. She is devoted to creating safe spaces for people to release, express and return to their inner knowing. Helen is a qualified deep tissue massage therapist and yoga teacher, with a background of physiotherapy. She sees the body, the breath and music as bridges to the divine and believes in embodied approaches to healing while expanding one's consciousness. Helen is also fluent in French and conversational Spanish thanks to a degree in French and language teaching.

Kristina

Kristina, since young age with a deep interest in spirituality, and later in psychology, found profound healing and awakening during her first plant medicine retreat. This experience ignited her calling to serve humanity with transformative healing. Kristina's way of serving is rooted in her quest for truth and inner peace, her personal healing journey, and her academic background in Education Science with Psychology, with over 12 years of experience as a special education teacher in Germany. Seeking a change to pursue her dreams, Kristina found the profound healing modality Belief Coding® and became a certified Facilitator wholeheartedly. If you are interested in transforming your limiting beliefs at the root cause, you can have a Session during your stay or afterwards online, ask for more information. Additionally, she holds a Certificate in Psychoanalytic Pedagogy, Ho'oponopono and Yin Yoga. Kristina recognizes that she will forever be a student of life, committed to expanding her consciousness, intuition, knowledge and healing abilities. Fluent in German and English, and conversational in russian.

BUT, if you are ready to critically look into your life, yourself and the areas where things no longer serve you, then we have the right experience to help you kick-start your transformation.

The offering:

This retreat is primarily focusing on the healing aspect of the experience. That means a lot of preparation and integration. Whether it is your first time taking plant mixtures or you are experienced, you will feel safe. We'll help you choose the right mixtures and have a vision of how to incorporate the teachings from the medicine into your life.

Directions

Nearest airport is Faro. We will pick you up at the airport or nearest train or bus station. If you fly to Lisbon, you can take the train or a Flixbus. It takes about 3 hours from Lisbon Airport to our location.

Accommodation

Double or up to 4 participants, luxury bell tents. It's a beautiful Portuguese country farm, we have everything you need: warm water, electricity, high-speed internet, tonnes of space, nature & tranquility :)

Loving caring team

You will meet amazing people whom you can fully trust. They will support you through your journey, be it ecstatic or tough. They all had their unique life trajectories, with ups and downs, hard times, vulnerabilities and traumas. They came out of it with extended empathy skills, and responsive attunement to other human beings. You will feel in a spiritual family with them.

Caring and expert guidance

I have just done my first Ayahuasca retreat with Vine of the Soul. The experience was truly life-changing and I saw an abundance of healing in myself and others. Fatima and Bianca really know what they are doing, so I felt in very safe hands. Proper integration and preparation Is obviously obviously key, and they are both really good at helping you through both phases. Ceremony music is crucial too, as it guides you through the experience emotionally, and the music was absolutely phenomenal. I have a big playlist to take home! Doing Aya for the first time can be a daunting experience, but if you feel called to do it, you will be in excellent and loving hands if you chose this retreat.

The most profound weekend of my life.

When I arrived at Faro airport, I honestly did not know what to expect. Feelings of apprehension were strong, but as soon as I found João waiting for me in arrivals they dissipated. The drive from the airport took roughly 40 minutes, and upon arrival at the house, Fatima warmly greeted me like an old friend. I felt incredibly welcomed and safe, and after some time had passed and the ongoing ceremony had finished I had my one on one with Fatima and set my intention for the first ceremony and went to bed feeling reassured that I was where I needed to be.

The ceremony room was incredibly well curated and felt like exactly the right place to be doing the work I needed. The ceremonies themselves were both the hardest and most profound experience of my life, yet despite the challenges, Fatima, Bianca, João, and Alex were all there on hand to help me when I needed it. While I struggled with the experiences on different days in different ways, I never felt unsafe. After the ceremony there was always plenty of amazing food available, and a safe space to process and recount my experience with the other participants before heading to bed.

Overall I cannot rate this experience high enough. The entire team of facilitators was just amazing, as were the rest of the group. Though we all had our own demons to battle, we all shared in this beautiful, transformative experience, and I wouldn't change any aspect of it for anything in the world.

If you are looking for THE place in Europe to do the work, this is it. I will be back in the future, of that I am sure. 100 stars out of 5.

Im so happy i made the decision to come to Vine of the soul! Bianca and Fatima were amazing hosts and i always felt very well taken care of. Spending time and speaking with them and the other guests have really renewed my appreciation for life.
