Welcome to Melissa's 1 on 1 Day Retreat for Mental Wellness;  a place to release old patterns, and heal deeply from life's traumas.

I offer a one to one session, as well as for two clients. (family/friends) price shown is per person.



During your day, Melissa will blend

QIGONG - Qi Gong, is the basis of all traditional Chinese healing arts,  It is the very breath of life that animates every function of our body, mind, and Spirit.

Medical Qi Gong: Medical Qi Gong is created as a combination of body movements, stretching, and Qi practice that opens energy pathways, removes blockages, promotes circulation, enhances immune function, metabolism, promotes healing, and leads to longevity.

Qi Gong is a self-healing, natural, gentle, and works on the entire body. Many people feel better after practicing for a while; some even feel better in a few days. Some illnesses such as heart disease, hypertension, cholesterol problem, muscle, bone, joint, mental, emotional problems, poor immune function, hormonal problem, can all benefit from Qi Gong practice.



BREATHWORK - To strengthen, and detoxify all energy systems - Qi gives the blood energy to nourish all our cells thus Improves blood circulation.

Breath unleashes the vital energies of life. If we cannot inhale completely, psychologically we cut ourselves off from new experiences, adventure, and creativity. If we cannot exhale completely, we hold on to the past and are weighed down by old emotional hurts and wounds. When we inhale deeply and exhale fully, we clear out stagnant emotions and thoughts, and take in new possibilities with each breath.



SOUND HEALING WITH TIBETAN SINGING BOWLS - Using sacred Tibetan Singing Bowls. Sound, the ultimate healing modality of The Universe.

Everything in the universe is in a constant state of vibration. For instance, from the organs in our body to the vase on your table, each thing has a natural set frequency. And that includes singing bowls. The singing bowls generate sounds of several frequencies. Thus frequencies matter so much to us because our bodies are hypersensitive to them, thanks to the fact that there is 70% water running through our bodies.

Moreover, sound waves are so powerful that they can even change our brain chemistry when under duress.

The sounds that keep playing after you've stopped are called resonance. In simple terms, resonance is nothing but "synchronized vibrations."
Resonance builds up over the span of playing and continues long after your interaction with the bowl stops.
The thing that ties up healing vibrations of sound frequencies is resonance and how our own bodies sync to this frequency.

It’s no wonder that balance is so difficult to achieve when we push ourselves in so many unnatural ways. Our modern lifestyle leaves millions of people too depleted to get sufficient exercise, relaxation, play, or quality time with friends and families. Chronic stress, and this energy-depleting way of life lead to anxiety, fatigue, depression, a weakened immune system, and a host of serious physical and psychological ailments. In fact, any perceived stress can put a person into this fight-or-flight state. Your body isn’t just reacting—it’s overreacting constantly triggering this fight-or-flight response wears down the body, and mind.
