Welcome to Melissa Zoe's Mental Wellness Retreats;  a place to release old patterns, heal deeply from life's traumas, anchoring new beliefs which will symbolize the rebirth of your truest self.


Our modern world, life has become ever more fast-paced, and complex: in a word, stressful. Even with our advances in technology, our bodies still operate on the same rhythms and cycles as our ancestors’ bodies. Yet in the modern world, lights turn night into day, and stores make it easy to get whatever we want at any time. It’s no wonder that balance is so difficult to achieve when we push ourselves in so many unnatural ways. Our modern lifestyle leaves millions of people too depleted to get sufficient exercise, relaxation, play, or quality time with friends and families. Chronic stress, and this energy-depleting way of life lead to anxiety, fatigue, depression, a weakened immune system, and a host of serious physical and psychological ailments. In fact, any perceived stress can put a person into this fight-or-flight state. Your body isn’t just reacting—it’s overreacting constantly triggering this fight-or-flight response wears down the body, and mind.


Melissa’s natural empathy, and passion arose from her own life's traumas that she carried with her into adulthood which has led her to a greater understanding of how life's crisis, and traumas can affect the wholeness on a physical, mental, and Spiritual level.  As a transformative Pranayama Breath Therapist, Qigong Teacher, as well a Tibetan Singing Bowl Practitioner, and after experiencing her own Spiritual Awakening over fifteen years’ ago; through her psychic senses helps her explore deeper connections with her clients. 


For almost a decade Melissa has successfully hosted one to one Mental Wellness 'Burn out' Retreats in the beautiful mountains of Valencia in Spain caring for clientele with past traumas, PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, anger, fatigue, and a general loss of direction in life from all around the world where she created a unique, and tranquil space carefully attending to every detail to propose nurturing healing for others. ​​​Over the past few years Melissa has also formed a profound connection to plant medicine, and has performed many San Pedro ceremonies. After years of successful hosting, armed  with a wealth of testimonials, Melissa decided it was time to be nearer her family. The heart wrenching decision to leave the warmth, and comfort of her off grid home in the mountains, and start her brand new venture from her 56ft Narrowboat in London.

QIGONG

QiGong, is the basis of all traditional Chinese healing arts,  It is the very breath of life that animates every function of our body, mind, and Spirit. The life force flows through the body in specific channels, called meridians. These channels of energy unite the entire body into an organized whole, much like integrated circuitry unites an electrical unit. There is a lot more to qi gong than meets the eye. What you can see, and witness in a qigong practice is only the surface of a much deeper, and potent internal power. Simple as it seems, qi gong has an incredible amount of healing power; The goal of qi gong is to strengthen the environment of the body: build the life-force energy, improve the immune system, clear stress and tension, and increase circulation throughout the body.
