Details of this retreat
First 3 days of Restorative YTT.
Difficult times require profound practices based on equanimity and resilience. To help us to stay centered, let go of what no longer serves us and act from patience and adaptability. In this workshop, we will explore the quality of gentleness towards ourselves and others through Yin and Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Meditation.
Restorative Yoga teaches us the art of resting and caring for ourselves and, therefore, how to care for others. Through Yin, we get in touch with our feminine energy to find the edge, surrender and be still. Through "loving kindness", a meditation with Buddhist roots, we practice what unconditional love is.
During the practice of Yoga Nidra (also called "Yogi sleep", a state of hypnosis) we plant the seed of intention: what we would like to see flowering in our lives. Experience the magic of being in a place where you can physically, mentally and spiritually relax, recharge and heal.

Wonderful community
Walking into PachaMama is for me coming home. My entire nervous system relaxes. I have been coming here for 16 years and while there have been some changes the essence of PachaMama is alive and breathing. The nature, the river and the workshops here are rejuvenating and have helped me dive deep into my core and help me find my true essence. I love PachaMama and will continue to return again and again.

Simply put, pachamama changed my life.
It’s raw it’s real it’s beautifully messy and it’s a very very safe place to explore what it means to be human. To shed layers
To question everything
To celebrate and to heal
The more you come clean of ideas and the more you take responsibility for your own journey the better
Good people strong tribe

Home and transformation
I have been coming to PachaMama for the past 4 years and it’s been a very good experience. I’ve done a lot of woman’s workshops and can truly say my life changed after all these experiences. I’ve grown as a person and PachaMama and all it has to offer created the space to allow it. The healthy tasty food, daily yoga classes, all the movement. Ceremonies, events, workshops. The river and the beautiful beach close by. PachaMama will always have a place in my heart. I highly recommend coming here if you feel the call to go deeper in life.

a sanctuary for the soul
a place that was created for seekers to reconnect with essence, with nature, with that which is already sacred within and around us. It is inviting to come back to the simplicity and joy of life, through meditation and celebration, through inner work and music, deep solitude and community.

Incredible place
I recently spent two incredible weeks at Pachamama, and I can honestly say it was life-changing! As a foreigner and a solo female traveller, I felt safe, welcomed, and part of the community from the start. The peaceful jungle surroundings, the daily yoga, and the authentic spiritual practices helped me disconnect from my busy life and reconnect with myself on a deeper level. I left feeling rejuvenated, more grounded, and ready to bring this newfound energy back home. I’m already planning my next visit – can’t wait to return to this magical place!
