Details of this retreat

Have you ever replayed a painful interaction in your mind, wishing you’d found the right words? Do you tiptoe around certain people to avoid conflict—or silently swallow your true feelings?
In this inspiring, day-long experience, you’ll discover new possibilities for communicating that you may never have thought possible. You’ll learn how to say “no” with grace, how to disagree without losing respect, and how to express hurt feelings in ways that leave you stronger, clearer, and more empowered.
Imagine being able to:

Introduce an idea to a group—even when you know they see the world differently.

Tell the people you love exactly what you want and what you do not want.

Draw boundaries with clarity, kindness, and confidence—and have them respected.

Through five proven, practical techniques, you will gain the skills to turn challenging conversations into moments of growth and connection. By the end of the day, you’ll leave not only equipped, but inspired to speak your truth with poise, respect, and results.
Begins at 9:00am - Ends at 5:00pm
Lunch is included.

Excellent program. Brother Dom’s presentation was timely, clearly articulated, and inspiring. I have attended previous programs by him, and he never disappoints.
I have one suggestion for Genesis. There was some confusion about the agenda, in terms of times of the sessions as well as when the actual sessions began and ended. It would be helpful if an agenda could be sent out the day before the program begins. As commuters, it was a bit challenging to make sure we knew exactly when we needed to be there and for how long.
That said, as always, the staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly.

This workshop had outstanding researched material. The presenter was very knowlegable.

I was overwhelmed by so much input with no processing time permitted. I wished the presenter could present his points in everyday language.

The topic was very relevant and well presented. There were opportunities for questions and comments. It provided thoughtful information to bring home to continue to digest, absorb and live from.
