This introductory day-long course explores the basic principles of the Buddha’s teachings. Designed to inspire and guide participants in their spiritual journey, it offers an authentic introduction to Tibetan Buddhism, guided by Buddhist scholar Geshe Tenzin Legtsok.

Participants will learn about the life of the Buddha; the fundamental principles such as the Four Noble Truths, wisdom, and compassion; and key concepts including karma, suffering, and rebirth.

In addition to theory, the course emphasizes practical experience. The class introduces fundamental meditation techniques designed to enhance concentration and cultivate peace, with practical applications for daily life.

By the end of the day, participants will have a foundational understanding of Buddhist philosophy and a starting point for further exploration or personal practice.

This course is ideal for anyone curious about Buddhism, interested in mindfulness, or seeking a deeper understanding of philosophical and spiritual traditions. No prior experience is required.
