A Transformational Journey in Nature
Led by experienced guides Maria and Tom, this retreat is more than just yoga—it’s a gateway to self-discovery and personal empowerment. Allow us to guide you through meditation and ancient practices on a journey to reconnect with your inner self. Our retreat is a place to get back in touch with your body, your intuition and your creative
powers.
We teach simple yogic and magic practices that you can easily incorporate in your daily life.
In just one week, you will learn how to calm your body and mind, how to love yourself, and how to be more authentic.
Harnessing your mind is the first necessary step to a self-empowered life in love, freedom and happiness. When you realise this, you understand that you create your life and also your surroundings. And, without doubt, you will feel that you already know everything deep inside yourself.
The retreat enables you to improve your quality of life, bringing more awareness and mindfulness. All exercises are easy to learn and have great benefits for you, which enhance material aspects as well as relationships with other beings.
Come and share an inspiring atmosphere with like-minded people in the beautiful nature of Bulgaria.

Is This For You?
✨ You’ll Love This Retreat If You…
• Feel the call to slow down, disconnect, and reconnect with yourself and nature
• Are curious about yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and simple spiritual practices you can actually use in daily life
• Want to calm your mind, regulate your body, and deepen self-love
• Are open to exploring and transforming old belief systems, emotional patterns, and conditioning
• Appreciate a plant-based, alcohol-free, substance-free environment that supports deep detox and clarity
• Are willing to embrace a digital detox (yes, we’ll lovingly take your phone 📵)
• Enjoy authentic community, shared practices, creativity, music, and meaningful conversations
• Feel aligned with a non-profit, karma yoga–based community, where contribution and presence matter more than luxury
• Are comfortable with rustic, off-grid simplicity and see it as part of the healing experience
• Sense that you already carry deep wisdom inside—and are ready to remember it

🚫 This Retreat May not be for you if you…
• Are looking for a luxury resort, spa holiday, or party retreat
• Prefer constant internet access, scrolling, and staying digitally connected
• Are not comfortable with phones being put away during the retreat
• Feel resistant to self-reflection, inner work, or questioning ingrained beliefs
• Need a meat-based diet, alcohol, or substances during your stay
• Are unwilling to participate in light karma yoga (20 minutes, twice a day) as part of community living
• Expect a purely physical yoga retreat without emotional, mental, or spiritual depth
• Prefer rigid schedules over a flow-based, intuitive, heart-led experience

What Makes This Retreat Unique
• Align with your inner self through simple practices that will continue to benefit you long after the retreat
• We share with you important exercises that you will learn to apply and practice using games during the retreat.
• Learn how to change your believe-systems and disempower the mechanisms and social/trauma conditioning that impact your personality
• Another very important part of our retreat is the digital detox – yes, that’s right, we will take your phones away. We believe that the best way to reconnect with nature and yourself is when you disconnect from the virtual world.
Come and share with us one unforgettable experience that will change your life.

Schedule

• In the mornings and in the evenings, we will have yoga and meditation practices (mandatory).
• The afternoons, we will enter into the magic world of reality creating and intuition workshops.
• The evenings we will spend next to the fire, playing games and exploring different interactions.

Daily Schedule

Yoga
Hatha yoga, breath work and meditation. The practice includes focus on relaxation, concentration and strengthening the body using the breath and asanas (postures) in a flow of slow movement and meditation. Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit.
We will have also alignment workshop where you can learn how exactly and correctly to practice alone.
We will have also laughter yoga and partner yoga

Magic Workshop
Welcome to the magic theater, the world of miracles and wonders. The self-created fairytale.
Or are we just repeating the old stories of our culture and other programming?
It is a workshop where you become conscious of the mechanism of the manifestation process. You will see and become more aware of your personal hidden story behind the surface we call reality.
Discover the obstacles in your personality, free yourself of limiting judgemental thoughts and morals. This will allow you to listen to your inner mission, your inner self.
Start a neverending journey, a learning process. Be brave enough to see a new view of the world, even when you know that it is contradicting the common beliefs.

I follow no specific tradition, I looked in ancient European branches in magic as well as modern beliefs and traditions all around the world and i even discovered it in the natural science.
We are pioneers although the knowledge is already very old and written down in many books. Many times yoga philosophy agrees on these magical explanations of the world and that’s why we do our experiment of joining these two arts – magic and yoga.
Take Aways
• You will learn four basic exercises and through practical application you will experience how it feels to be aligned with your Inner Self, Intuition and how to create consciously your wishes.
• We will also look closer at a method how to change our believe-systems and with it our whole personality with all its Traumas and dis-empowering mechanisms.
Note: Schedule is approximate and may change
