Details of this retreat

Gain all the essential skills and professional social media content to kick-start your wellness business immediately.

This retreat was created in response to a real gap in the wellness industry: many people feel called to bodywork and holistic healing, but lack clear, monetizable skills, a strong personal brand, and the confidence to show up professionally online.

Our intention is simple and practical: to make you business-ready.

By combining a highly effective and in-demand natural facelift Kobido Face massage and Body Sculpting massage training with a complete social media starter pack, you gain both the skill and the visibility to start earning. You will leave with professional photos and videos of you in treatment, a clear understanding of how to position yourself online, and practical marketing strategies to attract clients and get bookings.

This is not only a certification—it is a launchpad for your wellness business.
The learning process is supported by time in nature, community living, and daily practices such as yoga, meditation, breathwork, and nervous system regulation, allowing you to integrate new skills from a grounded, focused, and embodied state.

Is This for You?
You will feel at home here if you:

Dream of starting or expanding a business in holistic healing, massage, spa, or bodywork
Want to learn a high-value, rejuvenating, anti-ageing, and sculpting massage technique with strong earning potential
Need clear guidance on how to show up professionally on social media, communicate your offer, and attract clients
Want a complete social media starter pack, including a professional photoshoot, treatment videos, and content you can use immediately
Are ready to learn how to get bookings, price your services, and market yourself with clarity and confidence
Value yoga, breathwork, and meditation as tools for nervous system regulation, focus, and sustainable work
Love nature, conscious community, and learning in a calm, supportive environment
Want to leave a retreat not only inspired, but equipped with real skills, real tools, and a clear next step toward income
This retreat is designed for future wellness professionals who want to learn, launch, and earn—without guessing, overthinking, or waiting “until they’re ready.”

Get to Know Kobido Face Massage & Kobido Body Sculpting Massage
Kobido Face Massage – The Art of Natural Facial Lifting
Kobido is a traditional Japanese facial massage with roots dating back to the 15th century. Once reserved exclusively for the imperial family, it is now recognized worldwide as one of the most effective natural facelift techniques available.

This is not a single technique, but a precise, multi-step ritual combining over 100 advanced manual techniques—ranging from slow, deeply relaxing strokes to fast, rhythmic, and intensive lifting movements. Kobido works on multiple levels, from the surface of the skin to the deep facial muscles and fascia.

Through targeted manual stimulation, Kobido activates natural regenerative processes, restores muscle tone, improves blood circulation, and enhances lymphatic flow. The result is visibly smoother, firmer, and more radiant skin, along with a profound sense of relaxation and lightness throughout the face and neck.

Key benefits of Kobido Face Massage:

Natural lifting effect of the face and neck
Improved skin firmness and elasticity
Stimulation of collagen and elastin production
Smoothing of wrinkles and improved facial contour
Reduction of puffiness and dark circles under the eyes
Improved circulation and skin tone
Deep relaxation of facial and neck muscles
Reduction of stress-related and emotional tension
Core elements of Kobido therapy:

Lifting and sculpting techniques targeting deep facial muscles and skin structures
Manual lymphatic drainage to reduce swelling and support detoxification
Acupressure point stimulation to harmonize energy flow and support whole-body balance
Relaxing strokes and kneading techniques to calm the nervous system and induce deep rest
Kobido is a highly sought-after treatment in spas and private practices, offering strong earning potential due to its visible results and growing demand for natural, non-invasive facial rejuvenation

Kobido Body Sculpting Massage – Visible Results Without Invasive Methods
Kobido Body is an intensive, non-invasive aesthetic and therapeutic body massage designed to naturally sculpt the silhouette, firm the skin, and restore lightness to the body. It combines advanced manual and fascial techniques to work deeply with the circulatory, lymphatic, and muscular systems.

This treatment delivers visible results even after the first session: smoother and firmer skin, reduced circumference in targeted areas, improved tissue tone, and a noticeable sense of relaxation and lightness. Kobido Body not only shapes the body, but also stimulates metabolism and deeply reduces stress.

Key benefits of Kobido Body Sculpting Massage:

Reduction of cellulite and fluid retention
Decrease in waist, thigh, and arm circumference by several centimeters
Firming of skin after pregnancy or rapid weight loss
Improved skin tone and smoothness across the entire body
Reduction of sagging in arms and areas above the knees
Enhanced circulation and metabolic activation
Deep relaxation and stress reduction
Core elements of Kobido Body therapy:

Aesthetic manual lymphatic drainage to support detoxification and reduce swelling
Fascial contour therapy restoring tissue elasticity and mobility
Sculpting manual techniques for natural slimming and firming
Lipolytic massage using cold stones and ice to stimulate circulation and skin tension
Abdominal contour therapy (“Slim Belly”) targeting fat reduction and deep muscle activation
Capillary therapy with cups to address cellulite and fascial adhesions
“Bio Estetic Bamboo” massage to release muscle tension and improve firmness
Kobido Body Lift Tape techniques for natural lifting of buttocks, arms, and bust, and for supporting skin regeneration after scars and stretch marks
Kobido Body is a powerful combination of manual techniques that delivers fast, visible, and repeatable results. It is a highly attractive treatment for clients seeking natural body sculpting without pain or invasive procedures, making it a valuable and profitable addition to any wellness or bodywork practice.
