About this Retreat
Jessi is an integration coach with professional training in psychosomatic trauma informed therapy. She has over a decade of experience working with master teaching plants and is passionate about supporting others on their journey of self discovery, healing and transformation. Jessi is a devoted student in service to the sacred teaching plants, the ancestral wisdom of her lineage and the native people of the Americas. Jessi is blessed to have the opportunity to collaborate with her teachers and some of the world's most incredible wisdom carriers who share generations of ancient indigenous teachings. Her offerings also include private retreats and ceremonies, one-on-one trauma informed therapy and integration support. Erin is a spaceholder for ceremonies and works at a retreat center in Costa Rica where she supports hundreds of people in their healing and growth. She offers womb and ancestral healing through ritual. Working with the nervous system and somatic embodiment practices, she helps women connect more deeply to the infinite inner wisdom of the feminine body. She is an astrologer who interprets planetary transits as a tool to support plant medicine ceremonies and transformational work.
Details of this retreat
This offering is for women ready to reclaim their worthiness and power. Together we will journey into our hearts and activate the innate wisdom and medicine that each of us carries within through activation of the power of our ancestry as wisdom keepers, fire keepers, healers, medicine women, nurturers and mothers. We will cultivate our inner sanctuary and alter while learning how to create sacred space and BE the sacred space.
As part of this gathering, you will be immersed into the native traditions of the Zapotec and receive ancestral wisdom and healing directly from elders of the Maliollin, including shamanic clearings, wisdom of the Nahuatl (spirit animal), native dance, Temazcal (sweat lodge), and prayer with the Teonanacatl (sacred mushroom) in a traditional ceremony.
Since we recognize one week is simply not enough time to having impacting transformation, we have included and 7 weeks of virtual offerings. During our 8-week Activation Container you will receive practices for reconnecting to your authentic voice, medicine song teaching and voice activation, womb healing rituals, breathwork, integration support, psychosomatic healing sessions, personal astrological guidance, and transformational coaching as you create a life design to support your path.

Directions
Participants will fly to Oaxaca International Airport (OAX) in Mexico and ideally arrive one day prior to our retreat time together. Shuttle pick-up for all guests will be on October 4 at 11am from Oaxaca City center to commence our journey together into the mountains of San Jose del Pacifico
Accommodation
For the first 3 evenings, we will be staying in the home of our medicine family immersed in their traditions. We will then spend the final 3 evenings in the majestic Refugio Terraza de la Tierra where each cozy cabin comes with a private bathroom, candles and its own fire place.

We will be nestled in the mountains of San Jose Del Pacifico. The magic and serene silence of these mountains above the clouds invites us all to disconnect from the material world and reconnect with our essence. We will be immersed in cozy traditional housing made from clay from the earth. We will be cared for with love by the incredible locals who prepare our fires and remind us of the beauty of living in simplicity and connected to Mother Earth.
