Workshop Highlights

NEUROGRAPHIC ART WORKSHOP
Explore the fascinating world of neurographic art, a creative method designed to visualize and transform your inner thoughts. Participants will be guided through a series of steps to draw and connect lines and shapes, reflecting their subconscious mind. This process helps in smoothing out mental conflicts and promoting a sense of calm and mental clarity.

HEALING MANDALA DRAWING
In this therapeutic session, participants will learn how to design and color mandalas. Creating mandalas is an ancient method known for its meditative benefits. The repetitive motion of coloring and intricate detailing helps reduce stress, enhance focus, and encourage a meditative state. Each participant will create a unique mandala that resonates with their personal journey of healing and self-discovery.

MACRAME WORKSHOP
This workshop offers a hands-on experience in the craft of macrame, focusing on basic knotting techniques to create a small, decorative piece. Macrame is not only a creative outlet but also a meditative practice, as the rhythmic pattern of knotting induces relaxation. Participants will leave the session with a finished product, such as a wall hanging or a plant holder, and the skills to continue crafting at home.

BEACH MANDALA CREATION
Set on the picturesque shores of DRYFT, this workshop allows participants to use natural elements like sand, shells, and stones to create beautiful, natural mandalas. The activity emphasizes the beauty of impermanence and the practice of mindfulness. As tides erase their creations, participants learn to embrace the flow of nature and the transient aspect of life.

JOURNALLING WORKSHOP
This workshop is designed to introduce various techniques of journaling that aid in personal reflection, emotional expression, and mindfulness. Through guided prompts and activities, participants will explore different styles of journal writing, from gratitude journals to stream-of-consciousness writing. The workshop aims to provide tools for ongoing self-reflection, stress relief, and creative expression.

Since 2018, we have embodied the tribal essence of the Philippines' islands while using recycled fishing nets and other treasure trash with a creative and sustainable edge.
