A Day Retreat: Cultivating Embodied Wisdom
      June 7, Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Lisa Roll & Cindy Novelo
Cradled by the forest, Somatic Wisdom & Renewal  is an invitation for exploring a compassionate relationship with our embodied wisdom…by listening and learning to   trust our inner sensations, breath, movement, and imagery.

On this summer’s day, join us for personal discovery and relaxing renewal.

Lisa Roll will lead insightful embodied explorations, and

Cindy Novelo will grace the day with music, mindful movement, and meditation. Together they offer relaxing somatic experiences through:

Breathwork - Mindful Movement -  Sound Bath - Guided Meditations

The day’s exploration  allows for:

Learning to listen to the body’s natural wisdom and guidance
Attuning to the rhythms of our physical body and the breath of life
Unwinding, relaxing and reclaiming the flow of our sacred bodies

Who this is for:

-  All levels are welcome - no experience necessary

-  Anyone who wants to expand and deepen into their personal somatic/body  wisdom

-  Those seeking inner balance, renewed energy, and calm amidst the storms of life
