About this Retreat

Details of this retreat

A nourishing feminine practice for restoration, rejuvenation and journeying deep within.
Our society is overly yang - we are conditioned to strive, push and feel guilty if we are not productive.

The shift to the energy of yin allows us to slow down to feel, to listen and respond rather than react, and helps to create balance. Yin Yoga has been one the most profound practices of our lives which is why we are so excited not only to share this with you, but to be in this soft, sweet energy together for a week.

You will receive a 50 hour yoga teacher training certificate from the Yoga Alliance to go towards your training, however if you don't intend to teach, this will be a deeply nourishing experience. We are weaving in feminine ritual and ceremony as well as lots of time in pristine nature for a profound and transformative journey.
