Jennifer Singham is a certified yoga teacher and yoga therapist with over 15 years of personal practice. Her teaching is rooted in mindfulness, depth, and presence. She is experienced in teaching Hatha-Yoga, Yin-Yoga, therapeutic Yoga (Vini-Yoga), Pranayama (Breathwork), and traditional and wellness meditation.
With a calm and grounded approach, she creates spaces where students feel safe to slow down, reconnect, and explore their inner world. Her work goes beyond physical postures — it is an invitation to return to awareness, to soften, and to remember one’s inner strength.
Jennifer combines Western therapeutic understanding with Eastern philosophy and a deep respect for Sri Lankan culture, which she considers part of her heritage. Her retreats are intimate, personal, and designed to support genuine transformation — always with warmth, clarity, and heart.
