I’m so pleased to invite you to join me for a beautiful women´s only 5-day immersion at The Dreaming retreat in Wales in August 2025.
Absolutely everything about The Dreaming speaks to my soul!  This incredible location sits in the heart of rural Wales and is simply magical.
In Shamanic terms the concept of Walking In Beauty is all about returning to harmony and remembering that this is the place where our souls feel full of love, full of beauty and fully connected to ALL THAT IS.
There is a moment in every single Shamanic Kundalini Yoga class, where we also feel this same connection to the beauty and the harmony … there is a moment that is so divine and the feeling is so, so connected … and that is where the harmony is, that is where the healing is, that is where the relief is and that is where we will arrive at over and over again on this retreat journey.





To get to that place we will allow the fears to arise, to be felt and to move through us and through this release we will arrive closer to peace, to stillness and to the softness that our souls truly love.
To get to this we must soften, we must relax, we must trust and allow the flood of hormones in the system to wash through us, allowing us to sink into states of calm and peace, this is how we have the realisation that we are one with everything and everything is beautiful.

We will have 2 Shamanic Kundalini Yoga classes per day and a workshop where we delve deeper into the soul’s purpose and uncovering more of our unique natures and exploring fully what this Walk in Beauty way really means for each one of us.
I can’t wait to share this programme with you and to gift you back to yourself as you drop into the most beautiful emanation of your true self.

We will be out in beauty as much as possible, bathing in the depths of the forest there. The land is just so rich, the forest so deep, we have waterfalls and spaces like an elemental garden, a moon garden and ceremonial spaces like the holly king and the pool of a hundred reflections. I mean!! It’s everything I have ever dreamed of in a retreat location!
The dreaming retreat has been created by the wonderful Charlotte Church, a wellbeing advocate whom I have respected for many years. As she says herself, “The Dreaming is a place for healing through experiencing beauty and wonder …”.
 The menu will be local, organic and gorgeous and the emphasis is on foods that truly nurture the soul and the table, and as always, will be a delight to share.
