- We’ll begin with a 30-50 minute interview where we’ll discuss your current challenges and priorities in order to determine which archetypal room would be best suited for you.
- When you arrive, we’ll provide you with a comprehensive guide to exercises and practices for self-work. Some of these practices are accompanied by an audio guide.
- During your retreat, you’ll have plenty of free time to do your selected practices as well as engage in leisure activities such as walking, reading, swimming, cycling, or simply relaxing.
- For those who are interested, you’ll have the opportunity to schedule intensive personal sessions with our team of specialists via video call.
- At the end of your retreat, you’ll have another interview with the same specialist to discuss your results and how you can integrate them into your daily life.

The Retreat House Narbuli is located 92 km away from Riga International Airport. We recommend you to book a group or individual transfer from our reliable long-term partner - \"BIGI\" https://www.bigi.lv/. The road from the airport will take about 1.5 hours.
The village is located near Cēsis on the A2 highway.
You can get to Melturi/ Araiši/ Cēsis by train or bus and then take a taxi.
The train runs 5 times a day. Travel time from 1 hour 17 min to 1 hour 50 min.
The intercity bus makes about 10 trips a day. Travel time is about 2 hours.
The taxi number in Cēsis is +3 712 689 75 30. Neither Bolt nor Uber are currently operating in Cēsis.

Accommodation
There are 9 rooms in the house. Each of the rooms is decorated in accordance with the essence of one of the archetypes: the King, the Jester, the Magician, the Warrior, the Shadow, the Self, the Lover and two Inner children - a boy and a girl. Staying in one or another room can help a person gain the missing energy and get an important impetus to development. It also helps to reach a new level of self understanding, understanding his desires, goals and ways to achieve them. A couple can stay in the “Lover” room (there is a double 160 cm bed). Two people can stay in the rooms “Magician” and “Inner Child - Girl” (there are two separate beds). The rest of the rooms are single. 12 people can stay in Narbuli at the same time if there is a couple in the group.

The hall accommodates up to 12 people — for yoga and body practices. It can comfortably accommodate up to 20 people for lectures.
There is a terrace of 40 m² under a transparent roof next to the hall. It has decorative lightning. You can put some chairs or mats from the hall there and use it for classes.
