About this Retreat
Your Guides
I am a change maker, consciousness guide, and experienced psychedelic facilitator.
Originally from England, I now live in Amsterdam with my family and before this, homes have included Brighton, London, and Granada, Nicaragua.
My life has been a well lived journey, with many interesting twists and turns, from a British boarding school, corporate life in London, an awakening during a few years living and traveling in Central America, and over a decade of working in the non-profit sector on global and local social justice projects. I have really worked from the boardroom to the bush, and everything in between. Along the way have been a few serious burnouts, some broken hearts and a coming out - just to give me a kick and to help me learn, re-wire and grow! Now as a coach and psychedelic facilitator I enjoy supporting people to develop a more conscious and authentic connection with themselves and what’s around them. I truly believe that healing and broadening horizons at the individual level not only fosters individual growth and creativity but actively contributes to the collective of our society.
Psychedelics have been an integral part of my personal development journey. Through them I have experienced wonderful teachings and guidance that has helped me further develop my spiritual presence, my sense of wonder, my creativity, my ability to let go, and to reframe my past. Additionally my regular consciousness practices includes daily meditation, yoga, breathwork and shamanic drum work.
I founded MAGUEY in 2020 as a practice for healing and growth and since then it has been my privilege to assist others on their personal journeys with these plant teachers.
I am the chair of the Guild of Guides Netherlands, the professional association for facilitators of legal psychedelic experiences, and a co-signatory of its Code of Conduct. I am also a member of the coaching and psychedelic working group (formally part of psychedelic research foundation MIND), and a co-signatory of the North Star psychedelics Ethics Pledge.

A fully integrated, 6-8 week personalized psychedelic coaching programme that supports your psychedelic experience through they key phases of conscious preparation, private ceremony, and integration.
Couples programme
Preparation and Intention
Meeting one - At the start of our time together we will discuss what has brought you to this point, your background, your intentions, as well as expectations and possible concerns.
Preparation - You will be supported along your journey with remote guidance including undertaking a guided process of self-enquiry, and practical preparation advice
Meeting Two - One-on-one , individual coaching session (live or via Zoom depending on location) where you can reflect on this process and further refine intentions
Meeting Three - Additional coaching session together as a couple
Private Ceremony
Full day private plant medicine ceremony for couple, in loft location in central Amsterdam, including:
Welcome – settling in, tea drinking and housekeeping.
Ceremony – including stating intentions, meditation/breath/energy work and the conscious consumption of your truffles.
Journeying – 4-6 hours of your psychedelic journey, where you will travel through different energy flows, levels of personal connection and transformative insight.
Landing – time will be allowed for you to land softly and come back down to earth. We will finish the day eating a light meal together
Return to accommodation, with support and aftercare
Integration and Aftercare
Integration Meeting 1 - The day after ceremony we will come together for a light integration session to check in, gently connect with what occurred, and to reflect on your experience. Weather depending this will be outside in nature.
Remote integration support – Integration materials provided to provide guidance. Further communications over the following days via text etc. is possible
Integration Meeting 2 - A further integration session will be held 4 weeks later (liove or via Zoom) to reflect and connect further with the emerging process.
Further support – access to the MAGUEY community, including (online) sharing-circles, newsletters, workshops. Additional (integration) coaching session available at cost
