We understand that unexpected things can arise. Our cancellation policy is designed to balance flexibility with the commitments required to run our retreats smoothly.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the retreat price is required to secure your place. The remaining balance must be paid within 6 weeks before the retreat date.

Cancellations: up to 6 weeks before the retreat: You will receive a 50% refund of the total retreat price.

Cancellations less than 6 weeks before the retreat: No refund will be provided.
