About this Retreat

Details of this retreat

The Fall is a beautiful time to witness changes within us and around us.  Join us for a nurturing weekend retreat to help you reconnect with yourself and cultivate a sense of deep inner peace. Led by experienced instructors Patricia Becker and George Wiegand, this retreat combines Aging with Grace Yoga, guided meditation, and mindful practices tailored to support balance, resilience, and a renewed sense of vitality.

Over the weekend, you’ll explore a thoughtfully crafted schedule that blends movement and stillness, strength and relaxation. Each session is designed to bring awareness to different areas of the body and mind, helping you release tension and embrace a relaxed state of presence. Mornings begin with healthy aging yoga to awaken and revitalize, while afternoons offer quiet time for personal reflection, journaling, or scenic hikes.

Evening practices encourage restfulness and deep relaxation, preparing you for a peaceful night’s sleep.

Whether you’re looking to strengthen your yoga practice, deepen your meditation skills, or simply take time for yourself, this retreat provides a compassionate space to breathe, unwind, and recharge.

All levels of experience are welcome. Join us for this special journey of self-care and connection with like-minded individuals in a peaceful setting.

Retreat Highlights:

Gentle Yoga for Balance, Stability, and Flexibility

Beautiful/Restful
Even though it was overcast, drizzly the weekend was perfect. The "cabin" (truly a house) was warm, clean and everything in it was aesthetically perfect. The furnishings, the linen, etc all comfortable and cosy for a rainy weekend. The food was amazing. Vegetarian with vegan options. We attended 2 meditation sessions and our guide was genuine and very helpful. I hope to go back in the near future. Read More

Wonderful
Rarely do the pictures in the ads match the reality of the location. In the case of Ratna Ling, the facility is more magnificent than the pictures. From the grounds, room, and retreat center, everything was beautiful. The staff was graceful and ever-present. As a non-vegetarian, I was skeptical that I would enjoy the food. But the food was plentiful and delicious. Thanks for a great retreat. Read More

Nikki Estrada Yoga Retreat
This land holds so much love and is exquisitely tended to. I woke up in the morning with joy in my heart to have landed there. The cabins are well appointed with gorgeous natural woods. I loved sitting by the fireplace in the morning with my hot tea looking out over the redwood studded hills.
Nikki is a seasoned teacher. She teaches with much clarity and precision. Savasana was a dream on heated floors.
The food was well balanced cooked with love. The staff was very attentive and kind. I will definitely be back and shared ratna Ling‘s website with many of my friends. I highly recommend this place. Read More
