About this Retreat

Details of this retreat

At Ratna Ling Retreat Center, we are honored to launch the Goodness, Beauty, and Light Capital Campaign, a heartfelt initiative devoted to the beautification and renewal of our cherished sanctuary. For many years, Ratna Ling has offered refuge to those seeking peace, healing, and spiritual growth—cradled in the quiet majesty of the redwoods. Now, we have a profound opportunity to care for this sacred environment with the same generosity and devotion it has offered thousands of guests, volunteers, and practitioners.
This campaign is our commitment to preserving the serene atmosphere that makes Ratna Ling unique, while thoughtfully enhancing the spaces where mindfulness, compassion, goodness, and wisdom flourish. As our community continues to grow, so does our responsibility to steward this land, uplift its natural beauty, and renew the facilities that support our programs.
Together, we can ensure that Ratna Ling continues to nurture the heart and mind—today, and for generations to come. Thank you for helping us carry forward the spirit of goodness, beauty, and light. Our goal is $175,000, and every contribution—large or small—helps illuminate the path forward.

An Unforgettable Retreat at Ratna Ling
From the moment the white gate opened to welcome me, I knew Ratna Ling would be an experience unlike any other. I was absolutely right. The property is truly majestic, and the views from my cabin were nothing short of extraordinary. The staff were exceptional in every way, and the cuisine was both excellent and delicious. My stay at Ratna Ling was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.

Mindful Mondays - a gem!
We recently completed Mindful Mondays in November with Gloria. Such a treat to spend time learning, listening, and talking with others while absorbing information and techniques for mindfulness and meditation. We have already reaped the benefits of using the practices at home, work, and with others. Such a treat to be in Gloria's tender care. Thank you!

My favorite retreat center
I love Ratna Ling. The cabins are spacious, filled with windows and high ceilings, and very clean. The staff are so kind and helpful. They gives tours of the temple, property, nearby hikes, and talks about the history of the property. The vegetarian food is absolutely delicious and satisfying. Recently they have begun making bread which is fresh and hard to resist.

I've come here 6 times now and can't wait to come back. Every time I'm here, the stress of life just melts away and feel so cared for and rejuvenated. This is a special place.
