About this Retreat
Hi! I am Clau Torres, a medicine woman, energy worker, and plant medicine facilitator. I am passionate about helping people remember who they are, align with their purpose, and live in dharma. I facilitate healing ceremonies and retreats in a safe, sacred space, where my loving and nurturing energy supports participants in opening up, releasing, and transforming their lives.
Clau Torres is a Holistic Therapist deeply connected to nature. Her transformative path began during a profound hiking experience on the Pacific Crest Trail, where she found herself embraced by the love and purpose of Mother Earth. This pivotal moment set her on a lifelong quest for inner healing transformation, and led her to the world of plant medicine, her true calling. Through intensive shamanic training and deep work with plant medicine, she has transformed into a nurturing and compassionate healer.

What Happens During This One-Day Ayahuasca & Integration ? 🌟
We arrive at 5 PM 🚘
Our venue is located on the outskirts of Playa del carmen. Don't worry if you're not
driving, we can help you arrange transportation.
Let's Start with Some Deep Breaths 🧘♀️✨
We begin with an opening circle and the breathwork journey. You'll be guided by a certified breathwork facilitator (500hrs) of the 'Sacred Breath Method.' Afterwards, you'll have time to share your experience and listen to the experiences of the other women in the group.
Preparing to Meet Grandmother Ayahuasca 🙏
Now we're ready to set up our ceremonial space. Claudia will take care of setting up the fire, altar, and talking you through what's going to happen during the ceremony.
Before you connect with Ayahuasca you'll be offered Sananga drops and Hapé. Both of these medicines help prepare you for the magical journey you're about to embark on.
A Magical Night Full of Wonders ✨
The ceremony will last until the morning. You'll get to stargaze, journey into other realms, meet your Higher Self and connect with yourself like never before.
Claudia and aides will be by your side all night to take care of you. From helping you to walk to the bathroom, to assisting you in transmuting energy; you can count on them all the way through!
It's The First Day of Your New Life 🌞
Good morning! After a night full of revelations, healing, insight and cosmic experiences the sun is here to welcome you back in the physical realm.
We'll spend the morning together, bathing in the cenote, sharing our magical experiences while snacking away on delicious fruit, nuts and seeds.
Time to Head Back 🚘
We'll close our circle and then clean up the space and get ready to head back to our homes and loved ones, normally at around 10AM. You'll have lots to journal about, reflect on and integrate over the next few weeks! How exciting.
A week after your ayahuasca ceremony you'll have a virtual or live meet up with all the participants to connect share and integrate
2 weeks post ceremony you'll have the opportunity to have another group meetup where you get to sit with Claudia for private integration session.
& You'll stay in touch with the other women, Claudia via Social Media and WhatsApp.
Who Is This Ayahuasca & Breathwork One-Day Ceremony For? 🥰
If it's your first ever ayahuasca or psychedelic experience this is a great option for you. You'll feel safe because the group is small and the facilitators are very supportive.
If you've done ayahuasca before in mixed gender groups or larger groups you'll find that this ceremony will allow you to go much deeper than before. This is because the feminine energy is stronger and guides you to more vulnerable places that need healing.
If you love working with plant medicine and breathwork but you never experienced the combination you'll be blown away by how they complement one another. It's a truly unique experience.
If you've sat with ayahuasca in a traditional setting with a male shaman and want to experience something different that merges tools and wisdom from different traditions and is guided by the feminine energy.

Once you've reserved your space, you will be asked to fill a medical form and a preparation guide will be provided.
