Details of this retreat

We're off to Praden, Switzerland for our next Expere retreat: Elevated States. This is a 7 day intensive retreat taking place in the beautiful Swiss Alps that will include content and practices related to our intention design and achieving heightened states of consciousness.

During this retreat, we'll be learning content and training related to our 'Intention Design' and 'Body Systems' courses. Intention Design is a process that helps you identify and attain your goals by overcoming the beliefs that hold you back. Body Systems is a comphrensive framework that identifies how various systems with in our body function, so that we can apply different techniques to regulate, activate and stimulate our body systems as intended.

This program spans seven days and consists of live group sessions, divided into lectures, workshops, exercises and guided movement, breathwork and meditation. Participants will explore various aspects related to the mind, body, and subconscious conditioning, learning valuable tools and techniques to overcome negative conditioning and express their true intentions with clarity and confidence.

The program covers a range of content, including setting intentions, addressing resistance (fear, uncertainty, and doubt), overcoming limiting beliefs and conditioning, an overview of body systems (such as the nervous system and respiratory system), understanding brainwaves and mind states, and exploring the different types of awareness.

Additionally, participants will receive training on practical tools and techniques. This includes methods for accessing the subconscious and programming new beliefs into the subconscious mind, as well as techniques for naturally-iducing heightened state of consciousness.

Throughout the program, participants will gain deep insights, acquire valuable skills, and develop a solid foundation for personal growth and transformation.

The registration price includes all program costs, as well as the costs for meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and accommodations for the entire duration of the retreat. Yoga is offered every morning to start the day.

Welcome to our rejuvenating retreat! Each day begins with a refreshing yoga session, allowing you to awaken your body and mind in harmony. After yoga, a wholesome breakfast awaits you, providing the nourishment needed for a fulfilling day ahead.

Following breakfast, we delve into invigorating workshops that offer profound insights into the science behind holistic experiences. These sessions are designed to expand your knowledge and deepen your understanding of the mind-body connection. Through engaging lessons and interactive activities, you\'ll gain practical tools to enhance your well-being.

As midday approaches, we gather for a delightful lunch, savoring nutritious meals that energize and sustain us. Afterward, we embark on breathwork sessions and meditation, where you can find stillness, cultivate inner peace, and nurture self-awareness.

On select days, we venture into nature for invigorating hikes, allowing you to connect with the surrounding beauty and enjoy the serenity it offers. Other times, we engage in group sharing exercises or participate in specialized group activities, fostering a sense of community and connection.

Throughout the retreat, we prioritize rest and integration, providing ample time to digest and absorb the knowledge and experiences shared. In the tranquil spaces provided, you can relax, reflect, and embody the wisdom gained from the workshops.

Lunch and dinner are vibrant occasions where participants come together to enjoy delicious, nourishing meals. These communal gatherings provide opportunities to connect with fellow retreat attendees, fostering new friendships and deepening connections.

Directions

Bus:
Start by heading to Zurich\'s main bus station, Zurich Hauptbahnhof (Zurich HB).
Look for the appropriate bus service that operates the Zurich to Praden route. It\'s advisable to check the schedule and purchase tickets in advance, if possible.
Board the bus and enjoy the scenic journey as you make your way towards Praden. The duration of the trip may vary depending on traffic and other factors, so it\'s best to consult the schedule for estimated travel time.

Train:
Begin by going to Zurich Hauptbahnhof, the primary train station in Zurich.
Check the train schedules and find a train that will take you to the nearest train station to Praden, which is Chur. Trains from Zurich to Chur are frequent and provide a comfortable journey.
Once you arrive in Chur, you can transfer to a regional train or bus service that will take you directly to Praden. Consult the local schedules to ensure a smooth connection.
Enjoy the picturesque train ride through the Swiss countryside as you approach your destination.

Car:
If you prefer to travel by car, start your journey from Zurich and head east on the A3 highway.
Continue on the A3 until you reach the junction with the A13, and then take the A13 towards Chur.
Stay on the A13 until you reach the exit for Landquart. Take the exit and follow the signs towards Landquart.
From Landquart, follow the signs to Praden, which will guide you through smaller roads as you traverse the beautiful Swiss landscape.
It\'s advisable to use a GPS navigation system or a map to ensure you stay on the correct route and to account for any road closures or traffic updates.

Accommodation

The holiday camp house is located in the district of Praden in the municipality of Tschiertschen-Praden. Countless hiking and walking trails start right outside the doorstep, and in winter, the Tschiertschen ski area is reachable within 5 minutes. The holiday camp house has a common room, a kitchen with a pantry, a leader\'s room, a dining room, sleeping quarters with a total of 37 beds, and two washrooms. Chur can be reached by postal bus in 20 minutes, and the bus stop is located directly in front of the holiday camp house.
