About this Retreat

Details of this retreat

If you want to deepen your relationship with yourself and with the earth, exploring her many gifts from gemstones to botanicals, this is the retreat for you.

Enjoy a morning yoga class in a clear dome in the heart of the forest.
Explore some common herbal remedies on a two hour nature walk. Join Jessica Kraft, author of Why We Need to Be Wild, for a two-hour excursion into the woods surrounding Lake Jenkinson. Discover edible and medicinal plants, learn about the specific ecology of the Sierra foothills and the forest's fire-resistant adaptations, and practice techniques to expand your perception while in nature. We'll get up close with lichens and fungi, tread softly off the beatn path, and enjoy the benefits of a deep nature immersion.
Enjoy kayaking, swimming or lounging at the lake or river (your choice!) with an accompanied walk to the waterfall (seasonal)
Sit with powerful gemstones found throughout the property and explore some of their healing properties.
Produce your own essential oil from our onsite distiller for you to take home as medicine.
In addition to all these wonderful experiences, you will have the opportunity to enjoy all of the amenities on the property. From the Himalayan salt cave to restore your sense of relaxation to the sensory deprivation float tank, we offer many opportunities for coming back home to yourself. In addition, our yoga greenhouse dome provides a regenerative sanctuary for daily use.

The 40-foot crystal labyrinth invites you to a unique journey inward. The one-of-a-kind somatic space room, high-end massage chair, and crystal light bed offer a cosmic adventure, complementing the earthiness of the surrounding natural beauty.

This immersive experience in a range of nature's healing modalities will leave you grounded, rejuvenated, and inspired!
