About this Retreat
Mannah is an intuitive healer, Starseed Channel and Cosmic Shaman & Doula. She is also a leader in the Divine Feminine Christ movement. She has been initiated on the Shamanic Path and assist those awakening and on their Journey of self-mastery as well as assisting Gaia with her ascension. She does this by channeling encoded light and activating original blueprints while releasing viral programing. She support you in stepping into self mastery. She also works with with crystal sound healing to support with integrating the transmissions.
Mannah works with Archangels, Galactics, Ascended Masters, ancestors, guides, magical beings such as fairy's and dragon, inner earth beings as well as being of light that assist through love.
Mannah has been training in Pranasana Yoga which is a form of Raja Yoga. She is also a Reiki Master in Kundali Reiki, Usui Reki, Usui Shiki Ryoho SSR, Sorcebro reiki. She has done multiple shamanic trainings. She has also been ordained as a Deeksha blessing giver.
Mannah has been creating sacred space professionally for 5 years although she has always felt a pull towards guiding and healing others from a very young age.

My journey into the realm of health and wellness began in 2012, fueled by a courageous desire to break free from prescription drug addiction. It was a pivotal moment that set me on a path of self-discovery and enlightenment.
As a child, I possessed boundless energy, spirit, and magic. However, as I grew older, I found myself labeled with "ADHD" and burdened with various other labels, leading me down a path of addiction in my early years. I sought relief in Western medicine, trying to mask the pain, but deep down, I knew there was more to my struggles than what met the eye. I realized that stress and societal programming played a significant role in my journey.
I wandered down many dark roads, grappling with a constant battle between accepting myself as the world saw me and trying to become someone I thought I needed to be. This internal conflict dimmed my light and left me feeling lost. But I knew within my heart that I was meant to serve and help others, a calling that I recognized from an early age—a desire to make the world a better place.
Over the past decade, I have diligently searched for truth and embarked on a quest to reconnect with my original essence. This profound journey has led me to rediscover my natural truth and find my rhythm in life. Along the way, Eastern medicine, culture, and practices emerged as guiding beacons, ultimately saving my life and illuminating the path forward.
Now, I stand here as a testament to the power of self-discovery and holistic healing. My experiences have shaped my purpose, and I am deeply committed to sharing my newfound wisdom and knowledge with others. Caitlyn is a gifted energy healer, mobility coach, breathwork facilitator, and massage therapist who fully embodies everything she teaches when it comes to caring for the mind, body, and soul.
