About this Retreat
Of French and Peruvian origin, Manuela is a holistic practitioner focused on body–mind practices that cultivate self-awareness and energetic balance. Through yoga, sound healing, and multidimensional massage, she creates spaces for release and inner alignment. Her work is rooted in a long-standing relationship with sacred medicines. She divides her time between Europe and Latin America, where she hosts holistic retreats that weave together somatic practices, integrative modalities, sacred ceremonies, and immersion in nature.
Originally from Mexico, Mikaela is a trauma-informed somatic and emotional process guide with extensive experience working with plant medicine and shamanic practices for healing and transformation around the world. She is an energy channel, bridge-worker, and possibility facilitator devoted to holding deeply heart-centered spaces. From this place of profound care, she supports the emotional and somatic healing processes of individuals, groups, and communities.
Details of this retreat
Join us in the peaceful countryside of the Perche, just outside Paris, for an intimate weekend of deep inner exploration rooted in the therapeutic potential of psilocybin mushrooms, trauma-informed somatic guidance, and shamanic wisdom.
Over 2 nights and 2 days, we move through a carefully held process of preparation, ceremony, somatic practices, sound and voice work, and extensive integration. The retreat takes place in a private country estate surrounded by nature, offering a quiet setting to step away from everyday life and give your full attention to the experience.
What distinguishes this retreat is the depth of support surrounding the medicine. From preparation into ceremony and through integration, participants are accompanied by an experienced trauma-informed facilitator who works closely with each individual, offering attentive somatic and emotional support as the experience unfolds.
During the ceremony, this includes active, hands-on support when appropriate — helping participants stay connected to the body, move through emotional processes, and work with whatever arises. The following day is dedicated largely to integration, with facilitated sharing, embodied practices, emotional process work and space to explore the experience both individually and as a group.
To preserve this quality of attention, the retreat is limited to a maximum of 12 participants, allowing us to create a warm, connected environment with space for individual care.
THE SACRED MEDICINE
One extended psilocybin mushroom ceremony forms the heart of the weekend.
Rather than approaching the ceremony as an isolated experience, the entire Saturday is designed to prepare the body, mind and nervous system for the medicine. Preparation workshops, group cohesion practices and Yin Yoga create space to clarify intentions, settle inward and establish a sense of safety and connection before the ceremony begins.
The ceremony itself is held in a carefully prepared setting with trauma-informed guidance, somatic support, sound, chanting, drumming and other shamanic practices woven into the experience.
THE WEEKEND EXPERIENCE
Friday evening is dedicated to arriving, settling into the space, meeting the group and beginning to create the container for the weekend.
Saturday moves gradually toward ceremony through morning yoga, preparation workshops, shared meals, Yin Yoga and pre-ceremony work. The extended mushroom ceremony begins in the evening and continues into the night.
Sunday is intentionally spacious. After a late brunch, several hours are dedicated to integration — including facilitated sharing, constellation and emotional process work, somatic practices and embodied group integration — before departure in the late afternoon.
Sound healing, voice activation, conscious movement, breathwork and grounding practices are woven throughout the weekend to support emotional processing, nervous-system regulation and authentic expression.
The intention is not simply to facilitate a powerful psychedelic experience, but to provide the preparation, support and integration that allow participants to meaningfully engage with what the experience brings forward.
IS THIS RETREAT FOR YOU?
This weekend is suitable both for people approaching psilocybin for the first time and for those with previous experience who are looking for a more intentionally held, somatically grounded setting.
The compact format is designed for those who may not be able to step away for a full week while still allowing meaningful time for preparation, an extended ceremony and dedicated integration afterwards.
Because psychedelic medicines are not appropriate for everyone, participation is subject to a health and suitability screening before a place is confirmed. Certain psychiatric or medical conditions, pregnancy, epilepsy, cardiovascular conditions and some medications may make participation unsuitable.
The retreat takes place in a quiet private country estate in the heart of the Perche region, approximately 1½ hours from Paris, with shared accommodation and peaceful outdoor space.
