Samantha Darling has risen from the ashes of a toxic and abuse-filled life to dedicate herself to helping humans realize their fullest potential and learn how to holistically self-serve their bodies & souls.
Her specialty is working 1-1 with clients, helping them release grief, new or old, and empowering them through her private retreats. Transforming her life from a too-busy business owner living in chaos to a relaxed & successful healer, guide, and storyteller, Samantha now offers personalized mentoring featuring her wisdom and intuition. Samantha’s stories of personal exploration involve an eight-year solo journey around the world, to rid herself of everything that did not resonate with her soul while healing herself from the inside out.
She attended 200HR Yoga Teacher Training with Mark Whitwell in 2017 and is a Certified Huna Hawaiian Shamanic Practitioner.
Samantha’s private retreats and 1:1 mentoring feature the Seven Principles to Connection and Confidence from her book, Ladder To Lightness, at her worldwide home of the moment. Her unique private retreats are overflowing with custom everything, including chef-quality meals, grief clearing, mediumship, art therapy, powerful banishment rituals, Shamanic journeys, cacao ceremonies, dance therapy, local adventures, spiritual guidance, and more!

Samantha has overcome a plethora of challenges in her life. These experiences, while tough as nails to live through, created the opportunity to become compassionate to the journey of others, wise to the solutions needed, and stable in her emotional capacity to withstand not only her own pain but open up to healing with others at a profoundly deep level.
Samantha is a passionate creator who is currently writing a screenplay inspired by her travels around the globe. She loves to create cozy spaces, see live performances, take brunch picnics to the beach, lay in hammocks, cultivate her porch plant garden, and go on adventures with her friends, especially sushi ones!

Come to my Hermosa Beach Healing Home where we will share a 1-1 customized leisurely afternoon in a lighthearted sacred space. Imagine you are flying in today, getting away from it all…
You will arrive for a leisurely afternoon settling in. You'll start by getting a full body relaxing massage. After that you will get your feet in the ocean and watch the incredible West Coast sunset. Next, you will get to explore your foodie dreams, dining at one of the many fabulous restaurants here in Hermosa Beach.
Hermosa Beach is a Farm-to-Table haven, you and your body will love it.
This is the beginning of your restoration, connecting to nature, grounding, and stabilizing…this is where your healing begins.
The following day you will get to enjoy a peaceful morning at your hotel having an early breakfast, taking a meditative walk on the sand, taking a long deep-sea breath….mmmm, I can smell the saltwater air from here!
At 11 am you will arrive at the retreat where we will hug, and say hello It’s nice to finally meet, and immediately jump into a Shamanic Sage Smoke Cleansing. “Finally” because we’ve been texting for a few weeks in anticipation of this day.
You will have a creamy chocolaty Cacao Ceremony to open your heart to inner guidance and love!
From there the day will progress as your needs determine, for each Empowerment Day is unique to the person’s immediate desires and healing needs.

Schedule
Day One: Check-in to your hotel by the shore. Get your Hermosa massage and relax finally! Take a barefoot and grounding walk along the shore, explore the world at your own pace, dine in one of the many options in the Hermosa Beach area, rest your deserving body.
Day Two: Sleep in and have an early breakfast. Take a barefoot meditation beach walk and breathe in the lightness. Head to your day of EMPOWERMENT 11-4 with a lunch break, go into a full body, mind, and soul INTEGRATION. Get a solid sleep, you are a new person.
Day Three: Sleep in, wake up renewed and ready to tackle life, take a deep breath outside, have a big breakfast, check out and head home in your new mindset!
This retreat is designed for solitude and restoration with the ultimate goal of living a new empowered life.
