Schedule

The ceremony day begins in the morning with a meditation and opening the sacred space, followed by a gentle breathwork session to calm the nervous system and prepare the body and mind for the medicine.

After ingesting the psilocybin, you will lay down comfortably and close your eyes, so that your journey within can begin. Meanwhile, I will be there go hold space for you and support you throughout, supported by music and sounds.

Around 4-5 hours later, when you start coming back, we will have the time to let you share anything you want or simply just sit in silence until you feel landed enough.

I will stay with you as long as it's necessary, making sure you feel sae and your needs are met.

During the following days, I will be available for any support you might need, providing integration assistance so that you make the most out of your experience.

Magical and safe

My first experience with psychedelics was with Polina and I couldn’t wish for a better start. After the first call I had already a very good feeling. It’s all about feeling safe, seen and heard and that was exactly what she created. She came to my place and I didn’t have to travel and go somewhere new and far, which I really liked. You want to stay home afterwards.

I really appreciated the professional approach during the intake and explanation before the ceremony. During the ceremony she could guide me through difficult parts and I didn’t feel that I was doing it alone. Which was a special feeling in such a journey/experience.
