About this Retreat
Your Guides
Isabel Christina is an American born and raised, Shamanic Practitioner and Mentor for over a decade now. She has lived in Brazil for over 20 years working with plant medicines and holistic therapies. She has been initiated as a Shamanic Family Constellation Therapist, Facilitator of healing circles and Temazkal Guide. She is also the visionary of Aguarazu Xamanic SPA, a retreat center that receives Indigenous Shamans and their plant medicine ceremonies as well as other holistic retreats and events that promote wellness through earth practices that connect us with our own personal mission and the creative spirit within and all around us.
Having lived half of her life in the United States and the other half walking with plant medicines and shamanic practices in a very real and intimate way in Brazil, she has much experiences and insights into the processes encountered on these paths of enlightenment. The teachings received through her unique walk of life make her an excellent guide for westerners interested in deeper preparation and integration processes when deciding to enter into shamanic and plant medicine life experiences. Her teachings are based on practical ways of creating a balance within yourself and your environment.
She also offers 1:1 Mentoring for individuals looking to lead their own sacred ceremony circles, as well as Plant Medicine Integration Sessions

Come discover the Path of the Medicine Woman inside each and everyone of us. Together we will journey through the four fases of the Sacred Femenine Medicine Wheel. We will observe ancient earth practices and their relations to the the four seasons, the four elements, and our four bodies, Earth, Water Fire and Air. All this submerged in the beautiful Atlantic Forest of Brasil. Visconde de Maua in the state of Rio de Janeiro is the perfect place to disconnect from your phone and connect with your sacred feminine esssence through ancestral earth practices.

Directions
Our Retreat center is located between São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. Any of these two international airports are a great option for arrival. The São Paulo airport is a 5 hour drive from the retreat center and the Rio de Janeiro airport is a 4 hour drive from the retreat center.
We offer help in arranging a car transportation from any of these two airports to our retreat center.
There is also the option of venturing out through the public transportation of Brazil, This will include many transfers onto different bus lines before getting to the retreat site in Visconde de Mauá Read More

Accommodation
We have very comfortable accommodations available starting with our luxurious private rooms that include hot tub, fireplace and wonderful views of the natural surroundings. There is access to a shared kitchen with this option There is also shared rooms available. This space accommodates participants in a shared space with bunk beds and a shared bathroom with hot shower available. For those who want to be fully immersed in the natural settings, we have a great space for camping available. You must provide your own tents and equipments.
