  • Workshop participants are asked to participate in our community by contributing to cooking and/or clearing up about three times during the week.
  • Workshop sessions take place in the mornings, with free time in the afternoon. Transportation to and from local beaches is provided.
  • The week begins and ends with community circles to help integrate the workshop participants into the life of the community.

About this Retreat

Your Guides

Details of this retreat

We all need touch and connection. But how do you navigate getting these needs met in an empowered and authentic way? This workshop will introduce you to simple yet profound ways for negotiating connection, rooted in the principles of consent.
This is a journey of deepening self connection and self awareness. When you are in touch with yourself and your feelings in an embodied way, you can make clearer choices, rewire old patterns of relating, and experience a more profound sense of connection, with yourself first and then with others and the world around you.
The tools you will learn and embody during this immersive week in Greece will bring greater integrity, self responsibility, joy, curiosity, confidence, and freedom into all your relationships, in particular the one with yourself.

Your workshop experience
Over the course of the week, you will:

✦ Activate your somatic inflow, regulate your nervous system, and awaken sensation in your skin

✦ Discover the power of noticing your present moment experience

✦ Expand your ability to be present with and communicate vulnerable feelings

✦ Dramatically improve the quality of your touch

✦ Experience the distinction between giving and receiving and the profound impact of both

✦ Explore the four ways of interacting via touch (based on ‘who is doing the action’ and ‘who it is for’) and the joys and challenges of each

✦ Learn how to create clear and impeccable agreements with others

✦ Connect to your desires and develop confidence in asking for what you want

✦ Learn the power and importance of “no”, noticing and communicating your boundaries

✦ Identify and release unconscious survival strategies such as people pleasing, victimhood, and unspoken expectations

✦ Make empowered choices with awareness and self responsibility

✦ Expand your capacity for pleasure, joy and embodied presence

✦ Practises to honour yourself and let go of what is no longer serving you

And much more!

This is an experiential workshop where we will explore through non sexual conscious touch, meditation, movement, breathwork and sharing. You will have the opportunity to take part in solo and partnered touch practices, but participation in any exercise is ALWAYS YOUR CHOICE. Consent is at the heart of this work, ensuring that every interaction is rooted in your sovereign truth moment to moment.

Although we will explore consent through the medium of touch, the awareness and communication skills gained here will ripple into all areas of life. This workshop is for anyone seeking to deepen all their relationships, whether with intimate partners, friends, family, or colleagues. No prior experience is needed.

This approach is based on Somatic Consent, an engagement system that supports us in connecting with OURselves and others on a richer, deeper level. It brings us into awareness of our sensations, feelings, and choices, leading to greater self-trust and authenticity in all our interactions.

Immersed in Nature
This offering weaves together retreat, embodied learning, and community living — all held within the nourishing embrace of the Kalikalos Community, a holistic centre nestled on Greece’s stunning Pelion Peninsula. Encircled by vibrant forest and close to some of the most breathtaking beaches, this land creates the perfect environment to slow down, reconnect with yourself, build meaningful connections with others, and be held by the wisdom of the natural world.
After breakfast the mornings will be dedicated to the workshop process while the afternoons will be spent on the beaches basking in the sun, swimming in the Aegean Sea or simply relaxing in the community and enjoying the natural beauty of the surrounds. It’s a really fantastic location to unwind and be nourished by both nature and community connection.

As part of the community immersion, we will join in a community circle on the first morning and complete the week by gathering with the community for a fire-side sharing circle on the last evening. We’ll take part in community activities such as preparing and tidying up and we’ll share delicious home-cooked vegetarian meals with many of the ingredients grown on site.

Extend Your Journey: Optional 7-Day Integration Stay
After the workshop you have the option to stay for an additional 7-day integration period. This week offers you a more relaxed pace, giving you a space to process what you’ve learned while remaining in the supportive environment of Kalikalos.

This integration week is ideal for those of us who wish to take the time to land fully in ourselves, and our new awareness, before returning to daily life.

What Past Participants Say

What I’ve learned in this workshop will change my life.
I learned so much that is directly applicable to my real-life relationships and interactions.
The facilitators embodied the principles of consent with such clarity and compassion. It was inspiring to see this approach lived out in everyday interactions.
I felt so held by the beautiful location and the sense of community. The balance of deep exploration in the mornings and beach time in the afternoons was perfect. Highly recommended!
I discovered how hard it was for me to say “no”—and even harder to know what I actually wanted. Thanks to this workshop, I now have tools to navigate these challenges and live more authentically.
