Lucy Ratzel has been practicing Qigong for more than 20 years.
She has been teaching for 11 consequent years, full time, Qigong and Chan Mi Gong in courses, seminars and trainings in Germany and Greece.
In more than 4000 teaching units and online courses she has already taught thousands of people internationally.
She is mostly, but not exclusively, specialized in the Five Phases of Transformation (5 Elements).

She was trained by Master Xiao Yan Liu, Grandmaster Hong Thay Lee and Dr. Zuzana Sebkova-Thaller.
She completed Shin Tai therapy training as well, (essences from Shiatsu, Cranio Sacral, Chi Nei Tsang – organ massage) with certificate at the Shin Tai Academy with Veronika Mager.
Lucy has also been exploring for over 20 years the healing practices and the wisdom of indigenous peoples.
Participated in Qigong trainings, rituals from Tibetan and Native American traditions such as sweat lodges and medicine wheel healing ceremonies. The ancient traditions have always attracted her and she is thankful to those medicine men and women, monks and nuns, sages from all regions of the world, that this knowledge could be preserved and revealed to humanity since several years now.
Details of this retreat
This 7-day retreat offers teaching and practising Qigong in the breathtaking Zagori area in Greece, a cultural and environmental paradise, recently inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. For German language speakers.
In this retreat Lucy Ratzel teaches the Five Elements Exercises, an ancient Taoist series that brings us balance and calm the mind.
It involves exercises that are easy to learn and that we can memorize so, that we can practice them at home.
The retreat includes Greek folk music dancing lesson and practice in a local village festival.
The North Pindos National Park in the northwest of Greece is famous for its Vikos Canyon, the deepest of its kind in the world, according to the Guinness Book of Records.
Impressive rock formations, rich ecology, water springs and deep green-blue rivers, the almost untouched nature is breathtakingly beautiful!

The seminar offers 4 days of teaching and 2 days of free program. It involves short, easy hikes to secluded locations where we practice Qigong in the middle of pristine nature on our selected natural excersise platforms. At the same time we show you the main attractions and insider tips in the National Park and the Zagori area.
In the morning we practice Qigong in silence.
After breakfast we will drive to our various natural excersise platforms. under the shade of old plane or oak trees, at the river, in the mountains or in the surroundings of old monasteries. Here you will also learn background knowledge that is rarely taught in Qigong courses, but which is so important to get access to the ancient knowledge of healing and transformation.
We will visit various power places, connect with their energy and return to the facility in the afternoon, filled with inner beauty.

Schedule
On the seminar days the program mostly includes morning silent Qigong excercising under trees. Then the group walks or drives to the main lesson locations, which can or cannot be different everyday. There can be also an evening Qigong excercise. Dinner time is usually at 7.00-7.30, preferably as a group but private is possible too.
In the free days, usually two per seminar week, participants can have their own self organized program.
Aristi, Zagori, is best accesible via Ioannina, Preveza or Corfu airports of Greece. The last requires an additional 90 minutes ferry boat trip to the port of Igoumenitsa. Thessaloniki or Athens airports are possible too.
Accommodation
