About this Retreat
Your Guides
Mike is the founder of the gym and Combat 360X Cross Training Program. He has more than 20 years of experience in the fitness industry and was a Junior Body Building champion in the UK, a NASM certified personal trainer, an OLF Extreme Kettlebell Instructor, TRX Certified Trainer, a Crossfit CF-1 trainer, HYROX Coach, Certified Sports Nutritionist and TRX Rehab Specialist. In addition, Mike is a Veteran Muay Thai fighter, an undefeated MMA fighter, and UGB MMA Light Heavyweight Champion, a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under professor Ray Elbe and a Gold Medalist in the 2008 Pan Asia Grappling Games as well as 2012 Mexico National Champion and more.
Details of this retreat
Located in a quiet, desert, ranching town, close to the international resort destination of Los Cabos, our training camp provides a large variety of training classes including Muay Thai, Mixed Martial Arts, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Grappling, Fitness / Cross Training.
Our training camp is unique in that we specialize in small group classes with an emphasis on high-quality training and techniques with plenty of face-to-face instructor time.
It doesn't matter if you are a complete beginner, intermediate, or advanced level we have classes that can help you improve your fitness, mental state,training techniques, or reach weight loss objectives.
Whatever your current condition or goals we will adjust our training to make sure that we help you to reach them
In between sessions you can relax in our quiet and tranquil little ranching town on the edge of the city of La Paz in Baja California Sur.
We have free high speed wifi onsite for anyone that wants to be able to work whilst staying or you can use the time in between sessions to enjoy some of the local excursions e.g. Whale Watching, Hiking, Fishing, Desert trekking, Quadbiking etc..
The camp has been established since 2006 and all of our trainers are fully qualified in their specific field and have many years of experience across various combat sports athletics and bodybuilding. Whatever your personal goals are, we will help to ensure that you can meet them.
Our head coach is a veteran MMA / BJJ fighter, a former bodybuilding champion, and a multiple-time Muay Thai champion with plenty of coaching experience at every level from complete novice to elite athletes.
We will work with you to ensure you get the most out of your training time. We help you to push your limits and also give you time to unwind and be at one with your surroundings.

Directions
La Paz LAP airport is the closest to the camp at around 30 minutes away. You can get there easily with flights connecting in Mexico City. Alternatively you can fly into Los Cabos international SJD Airport. They have a greater selection of flights but the transfer is around 2 hours and is not included in the price of the package.
