Orfelinda and our trauma-informed team will lead an all-inclusive 3 day/2 night experience with the Peruvian medicine of Ayahuasca. Orfelinda Sanancino Cauper

Ananda Lodge is honored to welcome master healer Orfelinda Sanancino Cauper from Pullcalpa, Peru. Her name in Shipibo is Bawan Kater. Orfelinda is a gentle and loving maestra who began drinking ayahuasca at age 20. Orfelinda chose the path of a healer as that was the path of her grandfather. As a young child she watched him cure many sick people in their village and became very drawn to the plants and to the medicine. At the age of 10 she told her grandfather she wanted to be a master healer. He told her the path was not easy and that in order to follow this path she would need to do many years of plant medicine dietas. Orfelinda has completed many year-long dietas to become a master healer. She is known for her deep medicine songs, her compassionate and loving spirit, and for her reverence to the plants and ayahuasca medicine. She is excited to join us at Ananda Lodge to share her medicine traditions and wisdom.

Michal - Sanken Koshi

Co-founder of Imago Community, passionate student of the mystery and ancestral technologies of healing. With foundation in ceremonial path of work with plant sacraments, Sanken is walking a new ancestral way with the guidance of his teachers. Through their mentorship he is preserving and honoring the law of origin while complementing it with the new means of integration demanded by the present time. Carrying two degrees in psychology and fascinated by decolonization and reprogramming of human consciousness, he adds a subtle academic approach to support the growth and sustainable transformation. Initiated into the path through Santo Daime tradition, he dove into deep shamanic study with the Colombian Taitas. His diets with Peruvian Maestros and Brazilian Pajés, as well as initiations within path of Andean Cosmovision, brought the unique dance of the symbol, song, word and dance that sustain the core of the ceremonies and rituals he holds.

Sami Bass

Sami is an indigenous healer who has worked as a trauma informed movement specialist, using her abilities to channel and intuit the body’s needs with clients ranging from professional dancers, MLB + NFL players, celebrities, and more. Combining movement-healing skills with ancestral medicine practices and channeling she developed the Divine Dark Feminine Retreat in partnership with Embodied

Ecstasy Inc. in the Berkshires, focusing on female-identifying populations with cPTSD. 1:1 medicine clients and channeling ceremonies have helped business-owners and filmmakers with their endeavors, including such clients as Jessica Zemple of Life Shucker, Award-Winning Director Catherine Eaton and more. In a group capacity Sami provided channeling, movement, and medicine for the Avalon Story Filmmakers Retreat in 2021, Juneteenth: A Liberated Future Co-hosted by Nkechi Njaka, The Winter Solstice Retreat for Sacred Matriarch Creative, Cacao Ceremonies for The Flourish Foundation, and a sold-out Somatic and Ancestral Healing Retreat in Sun Valley, in partnership with Ketchum Counseling Collective. In 2023 Sami was commissioned to co-design a course for Coralus Global (formerly She-E-O) to teach global entrepreneurs how to incorporate earth based practices, reciprocity, and somatic and trauma informed modalities into their business practices. With the launch of the course, titled Rooted, in 2024, 450 participants had registered from 5 continents. In May of 2024 Sami was flown to the Coralus Summit to channel in person. for over a thousand people. Sami has offered trauma-informed consulting on dozens of movie sets, serving on the board of directors at Hire Survivors Hollywood and informing their education practices, and recently pairing with Treen Sorrentino and The Red Sands Project on their documentary shedding light on human-trafficking. Sami has been a featured speaker on multiple podcasts and panels, such as Revolutionary Woman Global, as well as being a featured speaker for the Plant Spirit Summit, and interviewed for an article in The Story of Us, a Regen- Impact Media Zine. Sami’s workshop, Sacred Rage: A Somatic Exploration, was featured at The Underground in Sun Valley, as well as Call of the Wildness, a workshop developed with Psychotherapist Courtney Loving, and lineage healer Naomi McDougall Jones, facilitating the integration between indigenous, ancestral, and academic healing modalities.

Kimberly Ocana

Kimberly is the co-founder of Ananda Lodge Costa Rica and a certified somatic trauma-informed medicine facilitator and integration guide. As an empathic medicine woman, Kimberly brings over 10 years of personal coaching and working with plant medicine. 

Experiencing the depths of corporate burnout, she turned to ancient healing traditions and plant medicine for soul reconnection and transformation. Guided by indigenous wisdom, she learned to listen to nature’s whispers and harness its healing energies. As the founder of Ananda Lodge Costa Rica, Kimberly continues to walk the path of a humble servant, providing one-to-one coaching, support, and guidance through plant medicine journeys. In addition to her training in trauma-informed care, she is also a certified sound healing therapist, and herbalist in training. On her path she has received mentorship from Atira Tan, Kat Courtney, Daniela Riojas, and Erika Buenaflor. With deep reverence for the Shipibo-Konibo tribe, she continues to apprentice in ayahuasca shamanism and facilitation.

Rachael Babette

Rachael is an advocate of sacred plant medicines, an energy healer, a creator of sacred containers, and a holder of safe spaces. In 2017, she began her personal journey with plant medicine and a therapist to start healing herself.

Rachael is passionate about guiding sacred circles where participants experience healing and growth through the ancient medicine of cacao and also loves to work with small groups to support them in experiencing the connective gift of psilocybin medicine. She has expanded her expertise as a healer, acquiring certifications as an integration coach, yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, cacao facilitator, and is currently on a journey of discovery with the 13 Moon Mystery School's Enter the Mystery program.

With reverence for each person's healing potential, Rachael supports self-discovery and personal growth. She invites you to join her on a transformative journey towards wholeness and alignment.
