Nikki grew up just outside Toronto, Canada and currently lives nestled amongst the Andes in the Sacred Valley of Peru. As a teacher dedicated to working with people with special needs and at-risk youth, she has devoted her life to being a support to others. Coming from a background of addiction and depression, she was called to Peru in 2018 to start working with her teachers Bernard Kashagen and Chase Moore for a deep dive into her healing. Wanting others to experience the grace of the medicine as she has, she offers a safe space of presence and love, weaving in various mind, body, and energetic practices. She is a balance of grit and softness, embodying permission for each guest to explore their unique experience with the medicine. With deep reverence for the magic that unfolds in ceremony and thereafter, she meets each individual where they’re at. She loves to play with life and you’ll often find her cracking jokes and laughing, seeking lightness and joy amidst the challenges of life.

The grounds are not only visually stunning, but energetically and intentionally curated to support deep healing and transformation. Every detail reflects mindfulness. Mindful Microdoser Virtual Experience
This three month guided micro dose journey is a life changer for someone who is intuitively feeling that they are ready to make a change(s) in their life. I had just quit a stressful, soul-sucking job and wanted to completely switch gears and tap more into my creativity while working on my anxiety. This program is more than just the medicine, it is having a couple of individual sessions with Kimberly, who is great at listening and understanding at a deeper level. It's working within a group of other microdosers and meeting together in workshops every other week for two hours so you get learn together. The session workbooks are the best. They are full of practices and videos that combined with the medicine truly help you be the best version of yourself. I'm an introvert and thought I would rather do something alone but this program really made me the best version of myself. Dana and Kimberly are truly the best. When I first contacted Ananda and its team, I wasn't even sure I wanted to attend a retreat. I was very undecided and not entirely clear on what I wanted to work on, other than improving my health and exploring a specific type of plant medicine.
Kimberly was incredibly patient, observant, and supportive throughout the process. She took the time to provide a variety of options and explain what each retreat and each medicine had to offer. She never prescribed or imposed her own opinion about which path she felt was best for me based on what I shared. Instead, she left the autonomy with me to decide what was right for my own journey, and I deeply respected the way she held that space.
Once I selected my retreat and arrived at the property, my first impression was that it was an absolute sanctuary. It felt like stepping into someone's imagination. The property is elegant, peaceful, and truly a piece of paradise. I could not have imagined a better setting for such a unique and meaningful experience. I was immediately greeted by the shaman and Jason, who helped me get settled and made me feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable from the moment I arrived.
As for the ceremony itself, the facilitators, the medicine, the safe container they created, and the carefully curated group of participants all contributed to an environment where I felt completely safe. That sense of safety gave me a huge invitation to fully lean into the experience and the work I had come there to do.
There was the right balance of encouragement, respect, trust, and challenge to push me beyond my comfort zone while always remaining in service of my highest good.
One of the most meaningful messages I will carry with me from this experience is this:

From the moment I saw their website through to the very last minute of the retreat, Ananda provided an authentic and meaningful experience that was everything I was looking for and more. They are truly committed to providing a healing space and meaningful guidance throughout your journey, which starts several weeks prior to your visit in the preparation phase, and for several weeks after your return home in the integration phase, both of which include super helpful guides and one-on-one video calls.
Kimberly, Jason, and Chase were with me every step of the way, providing a safe and nurturing space for my experience. I also can’t say enough about Camillo, who prepared healthy and DELICIOUS food that was exactly what I needed right when I needed it.
