Join us in the breathtaking landscapes of Moab, southern Utah, for a unique camping retreat where empowerment, connection, and self-discovery come alive. Rooted in the theme of Focus + Flow, this retreat offers the perfect space to reconnect with nature, find clarity, and embrace your inner strength.

Through guided activities, mindful practices, and shared moments around the campfire, you’ll build a sense of community and sisterhood with like-minded women. Together, we’ll cultivate a powerful rhythm of focus and flow—balancing intentional action with the freedom to unwind, explore, and simply BE. Reawaken your connection to yourself, the earth, and each other on this transformative journey in Moab.

Hiking through red rock landscapes, sunrise yoga, meditation + breathwork, river plunges, soulful campfire nights, nourishing meals, laughter, dance parties under the stars, and a drama-free sisterhood of kind, compassionate women.

✨ No experience necessary. We take care of the logistics—gear, guides, permits, meals, and rideshare support—so you can simply arrive and drop in.

Getting Here

Directions

Moab is about a 4 hour drive south from Salt Lake City (SLC) along Highway 15. Full driving directions will be sent upon confirmation of your attendance. Goose Island Campground is located about 20 min from Moab along the Colorado River up Highway 128 from the main junction heading into town. Travel 3 miles along the river road. Group site B is in the main campground — it’s across from a sandy beach. We can put you in contact with other women driving from SLC if you’d like to carpool and share costs!

If you’re coming in from outside Utah, flights to Salt Lake International Airport (SLC) are frequent. Make sure you’re getting in by Thurs. May 14 in the evening to have time to drive 4 hours to Moab for 1 PM check in on Fri. May 15. Your return flight should depart SLC after 7 PM as our retreat ends around 2 PM on Sun. May 17. An alternative is to fly into Canyonlands Regional Airport (CNY) and catch a ride to the group campsite (or we can find you a carpool ride).

Accommodation

Wild Women Tribe has a large and spacious group campsite (exact location will be shared upon confirmed registration) along the Colorado River, just a few minutes outside the town of Moab, Utah. There are ample campsites in shaded areas surrounding an open space where you will gather for the opening circle, campfire, morning yoga, and other group activities. Camping is all “choose your own adventure” style — whether you prefer a party “tribe” tent, a buddy tent, or a solo setup, it is up to you. Wild Women Tribe has a few tents available to lend that sleep two women, as well as one "party tent" that comfortably accommodates three.

We believe in nourishing food as fuel for our healthy lives. We'll serve a hot breakfast each morning after yoga, pack lunches to take on our hikes, and end with a hot buffet dinner. Plus snacks.

What's Included

  • Two nights/three days in a beautiful group campsite along the Colorado River in Moab, UT just 3.5 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport and 30 min from Canyonlands Regional Airport.
  • Bring your own tent / sleeping pad / sleeping bag. **Don't have camping gear? Don’t worry: we can provide for an additional fee (depending upon what you need)
