Rise each morning + enjoy a dynamic morning practice of guided movement, breathwork, and meditation followed by a heart opening cacao circle with live music. Jump into the lake any time you like, many of us like to dive in right before and/or after morning practice. Start the day charged up with the energy of Atitlan's Earth and Water and Mama Cacao. Each day there are varying offerings of workshops, ceremonies, and opportunity to explore the vibrant lake culture and spaces as well as time to relax and flow freely.
