• Three Sacred Breathwork Ceremonies: An intimate medicine journey into the depths of self. We will be working with The Sacred Breath Method: a holistic, trauma informed, somatically-based, free form method of conscious connected breathwork that opens the gateway to expanded states of consciousness where profound transformation occurs through the intimate meeting of self. You will be held in an intentional, loving and ceremonial container while being guided on a journey deep within your soul. Here are encouraged to freely express yourself in any way you need. Anything and everything is welcome in this space, unapologetically with out judgement. The Sacred Breath Method prioritizes re-establishing safety within the body by utilizing the Parasympathetic Nervous system. Working with this method allows you to rebalance the emotional body, heal the pain body and activate your souls highest expression. Here you will discover the wise one within, awaken your inner healer and create space within your being to root deeper into the light of your truth.
• One Energy Healing Session: A beautiful opportunity for you to receive a deep energetic cleaning, reading and activation. To gain some insights as to what is present within your mental, emotional, spiritual and physical body and receive guidance that is looking to come through from your higher self and benevolent guides. Here I will help clear blockages that may be standing in the way of accessing your fullest potential and provide tools on how to continue to keep these blockages at bay. These healings can also serve as an activation, here to help you awaken your magic, bring you deeper into alignment with your soul's mission and highest timeline. Together we will restore harmony within your being so you can live your life from a place of deeper truth, alignment and purpose.
• Sweat Lodge with Aleider: Sweat Lodge, Inipi and Temazcal is an ancestral and native healing ceremony that invites us to purification, allowing us to travel to the interior of our being and the Womb of Mother Earth. Connecting with the Spirits of the Elements, our Ancestors, Guides, the cycle of life and death, rebirthing and celebrating the present. We reborn with more clarity, with a new energy and we detox our being from many different energies. The ceremony is designed to be a safe but challenging experience.

• Through his profound work as a facilitator of sacred space for the authentic voice led him to deepen his wisdom of prayer in Sweat lodge. A ceremony with Aleider is a Beautiful orchestrated journey into the one heart that intertwines prayer, devotional singing and storytelling in union with the four element and wisdom of the medicine wheel.
• Sound Healing Ceremony with Avalon: A special, privatly curated Sound Healing Ceremony guided by Avalon. The ceremony is weaved with crystal bowls, crystal pyramids, flute, drum, harmonica, sacred songs and personalized light language.
• Luxury Spa afternoon at Casa Raiz: A luxury spa experience that includes a dry chamber sauna, eucalyptus steam chamber, Spanish shower, massage room, a tub made with stones and quartz rocks (hand picked and brought down from the mountains by one of the owners) and pools with fresh water from the mountains naturally purified by salt from the maras. The space is created to recharge energy.
• Here you will receive an Andean ritual to detoxify and find a balance between your wellness and health.
• Includes: 20 min Sauna, 20 min body exfoliation with salts and coca leaves, 30 min wrap with Andean mud in a steam room, 80 min total balance massage.
• Hike to Puma Wanka and Kinsa Kocha: 2-3 hours, moderate.

I'm a certified, truama-informed Sacred Breathwork Facilitator, Shamanic Energy Healer, Feminine Embodiment & Spiritual Mentor and Plant Medicine Integration Guide. I am here to guide you on a journey deep within your soul, to support you in awakening your own inner healer through the magic and divine power that lives within your human body. I create a safe, loving and intentional space for you to fully unleash - to unravel into your most authentic, primal, ferocious, untamed self. A space for you to be held as you connect back to the wisdom of your body and align with the truth of your soul, to release the blockages that are keeping you from living up to your fullest potential. Through this work, you can anchor deep into your sovereignty, make peace with the stories of your past and align with the expansive, infinite potential living within you. Three years ago, I left the life I had built for myself in Chicago to devote my lifes journey to learn to heal and grow with the earth. For the past 4 years I have been deepening my studies with different healing modalities and plant medicines and through it all, I have found the breath to be the most powerful medicine to work with - because its the medicine that lives within you. After living in Costa Rica for 2.5 years I felt a deep call to move to the Sacred Valley of Peru, where I have been living for the past year. This is special part of the world that has helped my soul expand and transform in unimaginable ways. These lands have activated a deep sense of home, belonging and magnitism for the prayers I'm cultivating for my life. I have activated new levels of creativity within my being, found balance within myself and deeper alignment my life as I've cultivated a strong connection to spirit in a way like I've never experienced before.
