Originally from The United States I live in Mexico and Guatemala. I have degrees in Psychology and Art Therapy. I've studied Somatic Therapy, Couples Therapy, Psychedelic Assisted Therapies, Yoga, Meditation and Sound Healing. I started practicing therapy as a licensed clinician for individuals, couples and families in 2017. I became a certified Psychedelic Assisted Therapist in 2022. I'm fortunate enough to live in places where psychedelic medicine and ceremonies are quite common. Finding trustworthy supportive guidance has been paramount to my own journey as a psychedelic guide. I'm interested in this work because of the profound and powerful possibilities for expanding self-awareness and transformation. I also see how challenging and potentially destabilizing psychedelic experiences can be and I want to hold a supportive container for the people in these processes.

This program includes everything you need to begin and maintain a 3-month protocol. It helps you leverage this time in your life to accelerate psychological development as well as transform daily habits and relationships. You'll get expert professional guidance and support from a Certified Psychedelic Assisted Therapist.
The program includes structured prompts and themes throughout the 3 months that target specific areas of social emotional intelligence and learning such as novelty, problem-solving and negotiation. I offer the option to ween of pharmaceutical medications (with the oversight of a licensed psychiatrist) or addictive substances (coffee, nicotine, alcohol, etc).
